If I could give -5 stars I would!!! I stayed at this hotel after helping my sister with her end of life process. And I stayed here for several weeks. During my stay my card was double charged for the same booking. Fortu ately this was taken care of the First time it happened. I was forced to evacuate due to the wildfires in Colorado, and I still had 2 days remaining on my stay. I was charged for the full stay that I could not complete, and I was charged the actual amount for the days that I did stay. I called the hotel and it was closed until the end of January 2022, and is still closed even now. I called their corporate office and was hung up on several times by many representatives. I was staying at a La Quinta in Loveland Colorado and the general manager there offered to help me and call the corporate office. She was hung up on multiple times also! Corporate said that they did an investigation of this and found nothing wrong! Yet I have the viable proof on my bank statements that I WAS double charged!!! I sent an email to the gm of this La Quinta and to her assistant manager, amd still not even one reply back, nor has anyone been willing to take responsibility for this!!! The gm was over worked and communicated this during my stay there. And she was even staying at the hotel to sleep. The hotel wqs really understaffed and had difficlty even emptying the trash cans which were spilling over every day and blowing trash into the parking lot. The hotel is in dire need of repairs! I sincerely wish the gm, the assistant manager and corporate would have had integrity and honesty, and done the right thing here!!!!
