There are a lot of positives about the hotel- useful location, brand new everything, decent rooms, very clean, etc. But the staff! I have never been treated so rudely in my life in any hotel (as a HH Diamond member, on top of it) and the duty manager, who is actually not even on duty but at home, has zero interest in the running of the hotel. (This was simply to ask a question about laundry service!) Reported to Hilton corporate and also the franchise holder- the other staff and the hotel itself deserves decent human beings, if not professionals, to be in charge. Hopefully soon that will change and the current 'team' thrown out.
