Bed and Breakfast in Hollywood Hills

We booked this for the NYE weekend which included a touring Hollywood and a Universal Studios trip. Everything you need to do for a Hollywood Vacation is close and convenient. The HOUSE (not a Hotel, please be sure to accurately do your homework before booking) is beautiful and was perfect for what we needed with a convenient patio door to go in and out, load and unload. The host provided some delicious home cooked breakfast that you wont get at a hotel where you may be paying more. Next time we take another Hollywood trip this will definitely be the first place we will check for availability! Thank you Mr. G for the accomadations!

You will not find a more kind, gracious host. You'll be treated like an old friend, don't miss breakfast. I plan to return soon. With accommodations for either the solo traveler, or your entire family, it's ideal for those longer trips and you'll save a few bucks too. Nestled in the Hollywood Hills just above Studio City, the location is ideal. A stones throw from most attractions and restaurants. A true value in the land of expensive accommodations, and a real breakfast is included.

This is an Air bnb style “hotel”. The house is in a neighborhood minutes from Universal Studios. The address on the building was not the same as the address on the reservation, but we were still able to find it by calling the number on the reservation. The manager is very kind and wakes up early everyday to cook breakfast in the kitchen. There are lots of options to choose from. Our room was a tiny bit warm but the provided fan and open windows kept it cooler at night. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to visit the Hollywood area.

This is the first review i have felt inclined to give in the 8 years i have been using *********...this is not a hotel is is a run down house. There is no view of the Hollywood hills and no air conditioning. After you walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door your sweat is greeted with a warm house and a lady checking you in that doesnt understand English. I tried asking her what i needed to do to check in and she guessed what room i was supposed to be in. Since we were leaving at 2am to drive home and would not be there for breakfast i didnt include my son in the reservation, however i told the woman checking me in that he was with me, i got an email 2 hours later after i already left the hotel to drive home instead of staying on squeeky beds that felt like plastic was underneath the old sheets abd was asked to pay $131 more dollars for my party of 6...I told the lady i was a party of 3 which goes to show she doesn't understand English. I am hoping to get my $230 refunded from ********* or my bank...this was definitely the worst "hotel"and we have been in a room with roaches!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Great views. Very close to universal studios.

The place is a bed and breakfast. The owner who lives in the property does the upkeep and serves the breakfast of simple egg omelet, toast and coffee. The place is few minutes drive to Universal, Hollywood walk and the Urban Light and other tourist areas, so very convenient. This is the reason I chose the place and it served the purpose.

This place is awesome, the host is very kind and makes great breakfast, I would recommend to my friends!

We had a nice stay here. The owner is an interesting guy and makes a good omelet for breakfast.
