카스타냐 팰리스 호텔 바이 디바 호텔스(Castagna Palace Hotel & Restaurant)

The owner was very rude, unprofessional and had an attitude. Asked about what time I need to leave to make it on time to the airport and started talking about the fact that we absolutely need to leave the rooms by 11:30. The breakfast was inedible, not even worth 2 euros, with stale croissants and poor quality food. Rooms were so old and we were given 2 single beds when we needed a double bed. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Absolutely not worth it. Very much overpriced for nothing. Also very likely that the owners behaviour was racially motivated, which I am not surprised about.

They are friendly, problem solving and respectful people. Cleaning, attitude is also very good. I recommend them. If I come to Italy again, I will choose this hotel again. The hotel is not in the city center, I don't know how I would have handled the transportation if I hadn't come with a tour.

Though the hotel is a bit older and could use the renovation, the friendliness of the staff through out the hotel made the stay excellent. Restaurant has great food, great breakfast and dinner. We will definately stay again.

It is a lovely hotel, Large room with a couch and desk in the entry room and bedroom and bath. A good breakfast buffet was included. Front desk staff was helpful. They held our luggage for us before check in and after check out. Pretty much going rate prices for the type of hotel that it is.

A worn-out hotel that needs a good cleanup/renovation. the restaurant could be nice but the food is poorly prepared. It is simple so you might expect that a chef can make something out of it. Avoid the french fries...

In trasferta settimanale. Camere buone, cucina ottima. Molto cordiale il servizio. Posizione molto comoda vicino al casello dell'autostrada, ma molto silenziosa. Volendo parcheggio interno. Bagni con doccia molto calda e pressione ottima. Consigliato.

Sur base d'une évaluation assez moyenne, le point le plus dérangeant fût l'attitude du réceptionniste ( un monsieur d'un certain âge ) , qui nous donnait la ferme impression de le déranger de par son attitude totalement froide, alors que nous étions seul devant lui .

Reception non competente, odore di ospedale-RSA. Condizionatori che andavano quando volevano loro ( intorno alle 2:30 e spento alle 6:45). Il frigorifero puzzava di marcio, alla mattina ci siamo alzati con una puzza di fogna intollerabile, proveniente dal bagno. L'UNICA cosa che si salva è il ristorante, dove ho mangiato bene. Quindi pensateci più di due prima di andare la.
