퀄리티 인 롱 비치 - 시그널힐에 위치(Quality Inn Long Beach - Signal Hill)

We paid over $225 per room, it was worth half that. We asked to be moved to a downstairs room, they were unable to. The rooms were by a very noisy pizza parlor that didnt close until after 3am, we all slept barely 4 hours. Breakfast was never stocked and there was a large line for waffels and everything else. There was no coffee. We decided there was too many people for the room and left. It really started our vacation on the wrong note. We used their shuttle that we paid for and he was 20 minutes late even though there was no traffic. We will not be back and do not recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here. We dealt with electrical issues all night long. Basically every 30 minutes the lights would come on. Called at 1 am to report issue. Could not understand front desk clerk. Up and down all night long turning off main light switch. Went to front desk at 7 am and was told they would refund cost of room. Well come to find out they refunded a mere $30 and refused to do anymore than that. DO NOT STAY HERE…

The inside of room is run down!! And not really clean!! The baseboards, and tub caulking!were dirty! The bed was great, clean and comfy!! Staff very friendly! Good pizza place close! The breakfast was great! The manager was great!!

During three days of our stay 3 Days .2 Days are ok we just came for sleep .Third Day was terrible fire alarm was on around 2 am and won’t stop .Happened twice unable to sleep .

Not in the best area, the whole bathroom was dirty. The floor on in the room left our white socks black.

The staff was very accommodating with my request for a room on the 2nd level. The con is that it fronts a very busy street but it did quiet down around midnight even on a Friday night. The room was clean though the sink was slow and I was unable to open the window due to a broken fixture but overall, the room was comfy. TV had lots of cable channels and beds were relatively comfy. I had 2 queen beds in the room so would stay here again. Lastly, it's very convenient with nearby restaurants - across the street, next door, down the block....

Asked if we could get our room near our friends. They said no problem. Gave us our key card then after wandering around for a bit discovered our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from our friends. Once we found our room the key card wouldn’t work. Had to walk back to the front of the hotel to get the correct key card. Walked back to the other end of the complex to our room but once we got in all the knobs were busted on the heater/ac unit. Called front desk again to come and fix. They eventually did a temporary fix.

Very noisy, you can hear people in and out all night. I try to get the transportación to the airport and the set time within two hours of waiting, no convenient for tourist. Place was dirty and parking was very busy with trucks and business matter . No recommended

Hair dryer was broken and nobody was able to give us a working one, the ac/heat unit would randomly work and then not, the light switch was broken in the bathroom, and the breakfast options were always out no matter how much earlier we went.
