It was a pleasant stay. Location was good as it was walking distance to Earl’s Court Tube Station. So, its easily accessible to various tourists location .Hotels staff were friendly and helped to keep luggage as I had a night flight. The rooms were cleaned and looked new.

Booked the hotel for the close location to the natural history and science museum. Hotel was within walking distance of both. One family member is in a wheelchair and all kerbs were dropped and easy to manage. Hotel was very clean check in was quick and easy. Stored bags for us. Food both breakfast and evening meals were very tasty. I would choose to stay here again as the hotel is in a lovely part of London.

We had a very good experience at Earls Court Premier Inn. It was in a good location near to the Underground which made getting out into the city centre very simple. One of the main reasons we were in London was to go to the Royal Albert Hall. Although it was 30 minute (approx.) walk, it was straight forward to get to and the museums similarly were easy to get to from the hotel. There were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area and a supermarket just around the corner for any things we forgot to pack. Our room was comfortable enough. Our room overlooked the train tracks, which wasn't anywhere near as noisy as you might expect - it ended up being one of our favourite features. It was also secure, with a double window which only opened so far. We mostly ate out in the evenings, but breakfast was good. We had no complaints. It had everything we would expect from a breakfast buffet. My mum, who stayed with me, has to eat gluten free and they were able to accommodate for this.

Right from check in you were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were all happy, welcoming, helpful & friendly. The hotel & room was spotless. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Generally comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. Dinner and breakfast are good quality. The room I had although above the railway was silent and had no noise disturbance at all which is very important for me.

The hotel itself is very well located for Earl's Court Tube Station and there are more than enough shops and resaurants around the area to use. Also very well located for bus journeys to the museums, Harrods, Royal Albert Hall, etc. However, I dont know where to start with the rest of this review. The room was in a very poor state given that we had paid extra for a Premier Plus room. Don't get me wrong, Premier Inn is my favourite go-to hotel chain. But the room at Earl's Court was really, really poor. We stayed in room 514. Despite paying for our Premier Plus room, the decor was so poor that I wish I han't have paid it. There were threadbare patches in the carpet, a large coffee or wine stain that hadn't been properly cleaned properly. The shelf in the bathroom had a layer of dust on it. The menu for meals had totally delaminated and was coming apart. Some paintwork in the bathroom was peeling off the woodwork. The bathroom walls were stained with watermarks from condensation that had not been removed properly. Some of the sheets had the leftovers of tape marks from not being cleaned properly. The retaining bars on the fridge door were missing so that nothing could be stored there and everything fell out of the fridge. Although we were on the fifth floor, we could still hear road noise at night coming from the main street.

I've stayed in several b&b's and hotels in London over the last several years and Earl's Court Premier Inn is the best one. I typically stay in more budget-friendly places as well and I am so pleased at my recent visit to this particular Premier Inn. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. Even a dining room staff member helped me check in! The room was clean and prepared nicely. There are many amenities nearby and the tube is very close. I will never stay at another hotel when in London again so PLEASE keep up the good work!
