메트로 버스가 고립되어 있고 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고 나쁘지 않습니다.

Lovely little hotel. Clean. Modern. Comfy bed. Lovely shower. Couldn't have asked for better. Close to Westfield. About 5 min walk

Convenient location but the hotel requires some refurbishment.

A very nice hotel for a very good price despite being right next to a London tube station. The service is excellent and attentive, with the room comfort being quite high as well. I would recommend this hotel for a quality stay for a good price in London, with 20-30 minutes distance to the financial centre.

Got a great price (£61) and thought it would be hard to be as good as the reviews said at that price for London. It wasn't as good as others have said. The room was a bit smelly (drain smells from the bathroom) and I couldn't get the heating to warm the room up at all. There was no heat source in the bathroom so towels were cold - not even a heated towel rail. The heating/aircon controller didn't look that complicated but I couldn't make it change the room temperature. Mentioned that it hadn't worked on departure and was faced with utter disbelief from the guy on the front desk. Like nothing could ever be wrong. For the price it was an OK room but it could be so much better.

Convenient, comfortable beds and clean. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people going to the toilet in other rooms which isn't all that pleasant but it's good value for money on the whole

Hotel was in a great location for our plans. It was just an overnight stay. It was Nice and clean but we lost all electricity at 7.30am on the morning we were moved to another room but left in pitch black to sort the move on our own then the heating didn’t work in the new room - on leaving they mentioned we’d had a drink in the bar I fully expected that they would say that’s on us because of the issues with the rooms but no they said we’ll just take payment for that. As we paid a premium for a deluxe room & certainly didn’t have a premium experience we were disappointed that they didn’t offer any apology or good will on the drinks at least.

You get what you pay for. The toilet seat wasnt attached. There wasnt a mirror in the main room only in the toilet which woild steam up. The toilet plumbing system was poor and smelt slightly.

Very impressed with the hotel, very clean and modern. Right next to tube station but didn't hear a sound, was so quiet at night. USB sockets for your phone. Very clean bathroom and large comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely little hotel really close to Westfield. Nice room and great friendly service. Hotel is also right opposite the entrance to Shepherds Bush market.
