트립어드바이저에서 리뷰를 읽을 때까지 객실에 에어컨이 없다는 표시가 없습니다. 나는 여름에 여기 있고 방은 밤에 정말 따뜻합니다. 창문 틈이 작아서 외부 바람이 실내로 많이 들어올 수 없습니다. 더위 때문에 밤에 몇 번이나 깼다. 끔찍한 체류. 음식을 데울 전자레인지가 없고, 카페가 가깝고, 매일 아침 아침 식사를 사러 홀리데이 인에 가야 했습니다. 부끄러운 일입니다. 또한 밤에 벌레가 물기도 했습니다. 아주 기본적인 호텔.

그곳에서 7일 동안 그들은 쓰레기나 진공 청소기를 꺼내지 않았습니다. 나는 매일 열쇠에 문제가 있었다. 에어컨이 없고, 커튼 때문에 욕실이 물에 잠깁니다. 유료 와이파이.

Very good location for visiting Excel London, very basic room, no fridge in the room. Food were not great my husband was poorly after had meatball dish, so he wasn't sleep all night. I don't want to complain just for your information. Breakfast is OK, staff morning shift very helpful and service mind if compare with the lady night shift.

For a budget hotel like this, I think it’s acceptable. You can’t expect any high quality food or good amenities coz this is what it’s designed for.

Considering the price paid (326 gbp for a two night stay) I did expect NOT to have to pay for both parking and WIFI! The room was ok but was on ground level and so having the curtains open was not an option and it was noisy late at night and early in the morning as customers arrived and left the hotel. We won't be staying again.

María and Roy went out of their way to ensure my daughter and I had a great Mother's Day weekend together! We were upgraded to a family room so that we didn’t have to share a bed. Big plus for my teenager!

It’s been a long while since I visited this place but I stopped for a night this week and was impressed. Parking is a bit steep at £10 for the night but to be expected as most London hotels are charging nowadays. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. I ate in the restaurant and the food was decent. Good prices for both food but the drink was nearly £7 a pint. Ideal location if visiting the Excel which is only a 5 minute walk away.

CJ at reception provided a truly delightful welcome, displaying exceptional first-contact communication skills that elevated my stay from the moment I arrived. CJ's politeness and helpfulness were particularly appreciated after a lengthy drive into London, reflecting a commitment to first-class customer service.

Good location. The area is really clean. The staff are friendly and always smiling which makes gives us the feeling of warmth welcome. We might be coming back on our next adventure in London

The hotel, the staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room was great. The only downfall was the breakfast. The quality and choice of food was bad and not value for money.

I am staying here for a week and happy as bar has good deals on drinks at happy hour 5-7pm the perfect time when we all finish work. The bar staff are nice and friendly especially Abi who was so patient and helpful to me when I kept making a mistake with the card machine. Friendly nice staff like her make it nicer when having to stay away from home x

The best part of Travelodge London excel is that it is near Royal Albert train station. Breakfast service was good. Motiur and Fausta was helpful in getting the food grilled to our requirement. On an overall note, let me explain what went well: 1. Ok mattress so could sleep better. What didn’t go well: 1. We ordered a burger and unfortunately it came out very quick for a freshly cooked burger. Then realising that it was an overcooked burger and was probably made at some point earlier and just reheated in a microwave. Why could be made better: 1. Having tiny cupboards in the room will help people keep their clothes 2. When we ordered the gin, they never asked which gin, just chose Gordon’s dry gin for me. May be a bit more customer interaction would help improve the services. I personally feel this place is better for a one night stay.
