I arrived at the accommodation late Sunday night. It was well located and the instructions for entry were clear. The hallway was a bit dingy but the room seemed in generally acceptable condition in terms of the furniture and bathroom. Upon arrival there were some off putting cleanliness issues in the room (dust,stains on the floor, and noticeable stains and hairs on the bedding) and it was so loud (right on the main road with single panes windows) that nobody could reasonably have been expected to sleep or work there. I left voluntarily and escalated the issues. I was not offered a resolution in the timeframe of my stay or refund however the CS did communicate right me and release my refund timely.

Ideal for a stay as near st Georges for appoin**ents and easy for underground. Plenty of local shops for everything you need

This is a lovely place and I enjoyed my time over there. Communication was a barrier especially the first time to experienced check-in online. Overall, All good
