위치가 좁고 대중교통이 가깝고 방이 매우 좁고 창문이 깨져있음. 서랍장이 없었음... 물론 매우 저렴함

The reception area didn’t fill me with much confidence about the sort of room I’d be staying in, it was dingy and needed brightening up as did the staff who seemed miserable and tired. I found it interesting that in order to get to my room I had to go next door but this wasn’t an issue for me. The room although spacious looked a little shabby and dirty and could use brightening up and modernised such as a bigger tv on the wall, USB sockets, a long mirror would’ve been helpful and free WiFi. I can’t comment on the noise level as I’m deaf but I can imagine it’s not very quiet. I think I got lucky with my room, it was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable and I had a great sleep every night. The shower was good and temperature good and hair and body wash provided. There was also tea/coffee making facilities provided and a hair dryer. The location was great, not far from Victoria coach, rail and underground stations. Also great restaurants and cafes nearby and all in all I had a surprisingly pleasant stay!

A nice hotel in a great area, staff were helpful and the bed was really comfortable, would definitely stay here again, my only criticism is that there was no mirror outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was a wet room which is fine until you need to use the toilet as you are going to get set feet, but overall it was a good stay.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life until now, was that hotel. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed. Full of dust on the floor and lots of spider webs on the walls. The bed had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses i've ever slept. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't even turn in the shower. The towels were just two for two people that means that for face and body you had just one per person. In case that you would like more , you should pay 1 pound per day for each one. Thank God, the staff which is the only good part in this story, gave me two more without charge. The window couldn't open wide but only 1/10 of it and I don't even know why. The e price for 6 nights was 538 euros and in my opinion didn't worth a penny. As a conclusion, I'm so disappointed.....

Booked a small single so was really impressed tgat when they saw my size upgraded me to a family room. E14 was down a flight of stairs which suited me. Tge room had a big double bed, bunk bes small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, tea making facilties and small sink. Toilet was down a corridor which was OK but would be freezing in the winter. Shower room good but shower needs replaced. Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is 8 mi utes walk to Vi toria Station and underground which was excellent.

We have just stayed here for the London Marathon. We had a great family room at the front of the property and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and they were able to cater for my dairy and gluten allergies. Location is excellent too. Close to Victoria coach station, train station and underground. We parked on the multi story car park at Victoria coach station which was reasonable and secure and just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend this B&B.

Used the hotel for bagage storage due to proximity to Victoria. Advertised as 24/7 reception, in fact the receptionist was missing for over an hour. One family in the queue missed their coach waiting for their Baggage. Go next door to the Astors instead

I booked a room via the booking com website. They had fairly good reviews and the photos looked really nice so I thought this was gonna be a good place for my daughter's first visit in the UK. When we were going up the stairs there was nothing worrying. Might have thought that the place needs a bit doing up but ignored it. However, when we entered the room we were shocked to find that we were given an almost entirely rotten room that looked nothing like the pictures and not corresponding to the reviews at all. The beds were some creaky cot beds with really thin mattresses. The window was a flaky rotten single glazed frame that didn't even budge and we hurt our fingers to get it closed. Bathroom wise the door frame, where door handle was, had fallen off and the handle was just hanging there. There was other people's hairs on the door on the inside. The sink was so tiny like those you find on boats and whenever we washed our hands the entire bathroom got wet. We had to use one of our own towels to keep drying the floor which we obviously had to put in the bin after. The toilet was blocked and had to unblock it ourselves just to get on with our daily needs. The shower head was broken and there was no pressure for hot water. The shower door was broken too and fell on my daughter while she was washing, had to set it back up just to get out. There was no venting at all which made the room steamy and super humid after a shower. The walls looked mucky like they haven't been cleaned in years. The only good things about this room was that there was plenty of working power sockets, a working kettle, some coffee and tea and a semi-working electric heater which was also broken where the switches are which I'm sure wasn't that safe but we had to use it anyway because we were cold from that thin window. The electric locks were alright, considering. When we asked for fresh sheets we were told that we get them every 5 days and if we want new ones any sooner than that we had to pay for them. All in all it was embarrassing. I haven't seen my daughter in months and had to put her through this. There was other more popular hotels at the same price. I don't know why I fell for this stupid trap.

Avoid. Very rude staff. Definitely not be your "home away from home"! They do not charge your card in the moment of reservation so I received email as booking confirmed. Hotel only start to charge my card while I was already travelling and unable to check emails they sent me about charge denied. When I arrived at the hotel I was ambushed in a most rude tone by an Italian receptionist saying my reservation is cancelled and I could still stay but paying much more. Imagine this happening to you after a long trip! Naturally I preferred to leave than to be victime of such extortion tactics and awful customer service. AVOID!
