더러운 쓰레기 무례한 나쁜 지역

Nice and quiet hotel, clean and smells good, very nice service and a good location. Gonna be back for sure.

Me ha gustado mucho, nos tocó habitaciones premium y estaba muy bien solo que mi toalla olía mal, otra cosa que no me gustó fuel el desayuno inglés, que estaba bueno todo menos eso porque había una especie de bacon raro que no se podía ni cortar y apenas se podía comer, lo demás estuvo perfecto, la recepcionista muy maja y muy buen trabajo.

La verdad lo único que tengo que decir de este hotel es una queja por que al llegar a la recepción la que estaba, ni siquiera nos cheque si teníamos reserva y te cobra directamente luego cuando les digo que ya tenia una reserva y verificar que si teníamos la reserva echa para la devolución del dinero fue un desastre no me pudieron devolver el dinero directamente, la verdad que por casi 86 £ no vale la pena. No recomiendo este hotel para nada.

Location is great, just around the corner from the station and lots of options in the neighbourhood, great restaurants , a great market , pubs etc. the room is adequate, the bed super comfy. Wish the shower had an handheld shower as well and not just the overhead one. Missing a safe in the room and wish u cd open a window Bad points were a very weird smell in the hallways and the breakfast. Never again, the hot options were merely Luke warm, and apart from the fruit salad there are hardly any fresh options. The coffee maker seemed to be out of service most of the time. Staff is very good, friendly and efficient. Might stay again but will have breakfast outside rather.

Check in was pretty awful. Online check in not working and one poor person dealing with us all with another person I think trying to help? Room was ok, clean looking but smelt stale and a bit funky, you can’t open a window so think that might be the cause?! Surprisingly quiet despite all the coming and going (think most of the hotel was at Die Antwoord last night. Didn’t experience breakfast as I don’t do buffets

The stay was fine until we're stuck in the lift and the helpline was not very helpful,we have a children with us and my son started to panic and become anxious he started sweating and become pale we rang the emergency bell and the helpline person told us there's nothing he can do we need to wait,we told him the situation but he blantly told us to wait,we asked him to call for 999 but he told us to do it ourselves even if we told him we dnt have signal inside but he said his not going to do it that we have to make the call.
