Travelodge London Park Royal Hotel

Very good !

Simple and I like it. Nothing flashy and cheap for what it is. This is a great spot for families who are looking for a 1 to 3 nights stay and are on a budget. Multiple fast food options surrounding the hotel that can suit your kids and a tube station nearby for easy access to central London. Would recommend.

Just want to thank tota at reception, i am an nhs doctor and i was in the area for a visit and the toilet in the petrol station next door was out of order and i had to go urgently. Despite not having a customer toilet, She kindly let me use the bathroom in one of the rooms. Best wishes, karim

Cheers for the brilliant customer service by the young lady at reception Tota. Arrived exhausted from work and she’s always smiling when welcoming us. Much appreciate the directions she gave us to the nearest station and pubs/places to eat although there’s nothing much in the area where the hotel is situated.

The man at reception (sorry didn’t take his name) is a gent. The garage next to the hotel closed their toilet for customers as alway. I had sat in traffic pretty much all the way from MK. When I entered I asked the guy, can I use the toilet as I was bursting. As there are no public toilets there the receptionist opened one of the rooms and let me use the facilities, I was most great full. What a nice guy, not many of those in London! Sorry I didn’t get your name.

Arrived early and room not ready but Tota and Anita went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was immaculate and even though they didn't have a restaurant they were able to offer a convenient breakfast box for my early departure. Thank you!

Had a pleasant few days at Travelodge Park Royal. Room and hotel were new and refurbished, but no bar or restaurant unfortunately. All receptionists and the manger were very helpful and welcoming. Some noise was caused by the nearby main road and trains but the windows managed to shut off most of it. Overall very good stay.

My regular place to stay during work visits to london, booked by the company. It’s always clean and comfortable. Thanks to receptionist Tota who always makes time to chat and do small talk with me while I wait for my food delivery. The only downside is that I have to order my food, there is no restaurant or bar at this hotel. I get my drinks at the shop at petrol station next door. There is a vending machine at the reception lobby area with good selection.

let's start from the assumption that the rooms were never cleaned, not even the bathroom, and my family and I stayed for 10 days, as we were told that the bed sheets were only changed on the 7th day of our stay. we therefore waited the 7th day for the change and we were told that we had to notify the day before and that therefore they could not change the sheets. the only good thing is the change of towels every day.
