썬라이즈 길리 에어(Sunrise Resort)

나는 일주일 동안 Sunrise에 머물렀고 훌륭했습니다. 호텔의 하이라이트는 확실히 해변에 있다는 것입니다. Sunrise의 길게 뻗은 해변은 Gili Air의 해변 스노클링 최고의 장소 중 하나에 위치해 있습니다. 해변에서 바로 수영을 할 수 있으며 많은 물고기, 산호, 거북이를 볼 수 있는 암초에 도달할 수 있습니다. 머무는 동안 거북이 한 마리를 빼고 매일 거북이를 봤습니다. 호텔 자체는 평화롭고 수영장은 해변에서 멀리 떨어져 있어 프라이버시를 보장합니다. 객실은 넓고 침대는 편안하며 호텔에는 Wi-Fi가 양호하고 필요할 경우 4G 신호도 제공됩니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 특히 Yoga, Tino 및 Sufan은 제가 머무는 동안 특히 따뜻하고 친절했으며 친절했습니다. 호텔은 길리 아이르(Gili Air) 주변 환경과 잘 어울리는 매우 편안한 분위기를 갖고 있습니다. 무엇이든 세탁해야 할 경우 세탁 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 옷은 빨리 세탁되었고 매우 빨리 돌려받았습니다. 제가 제안하는 유일한 제안은 메뉴가 더 다양한 현지 인도네시아 요리를 제공해야 한다고 생각한다는 것입니다. 저녁 메뉴는 압도적으로 서양식이며 음식도 좋았지만 Sunrise의 레스토랑이 몇 가지 인도네시아 옵션을 더 제공하는 것을 보면 좋았을 것입니다. 전반적으로 매우 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 특히 스노클링을 좋아하고 환상적인 해변 위치와 훌륭한 서비스를 갖춘 편안하면서도 스마트하고 편안한 호텔에 머물고 싶다면 이 호텔을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다. 나중에 Sunrise로 다시 돌아오길 바랍니다!

가격 대비 가치가 매우 낮음 이 호텔은 4성급 자격이 없으며 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 발리에서 16일 동안 가장 비싼 호텔이었으며 최악이었습니다. 위치가 좋더라도 해변이 좁고 수영장 노출이 좋지 않습니다. 호텔 전체가 지저분하고(쿠션, 컵, 테이블) 아침 식사가 매우 실망스럽습니다. 더러운 식탁보, 빈 샐러드 그릇, 장식이 매우 형편없습니다... 그것은 동등하지 않은 확실한 직원 문제가 있습니다. 환영도 기분 좋지 않습니다. 우리는 섬이 지진과 코로나19로 고통 받았다는 것을 이해하지만, 섬에는 훨씬 더 나은 다른 시설이 있고 무엇보다도 가격이 저렴하며 가격이 정말 타당하지 않습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 객실은 다소 편안하지만 단열 상태가 좋지 않아 이웃에게 쉽게 방해가 됩니다.

We stayed here for two weeks this February the hotel was in a very good position close to but not too near the harbour area, easy to walk there though. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel itself was comfortable but tired, pretty grounds and a nice pool area. Unfortunately the rooms did required a deep clean , they weren’t awful but just a bit grubby. Some of the accessories were very dirty ie waste bins/ cushions / seats. Breakfast was included but very poor selection and quantities. Not enough to go around all guests. Staff were very nice, welcoming and pleasant. Overall we had a very relaxed stay .

We had a pretty good stay overall--it got better the longer we were here. Cons: --I'll admit I didn't have the greatest first impression of the hotel. As others have mentioned, the decor is dated and the rooms could use some TLC (e.g. worn-out curtains, water stains on floors, etc.). It didn't help that half of the towels we received had stains on them (the staff did replace them though when we brought this to their attention). Otherwise, the room was comfortable. Pros: --Solid location, especially if you are looking to dive or snorkel. We got certified at Manta Dive, which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There are several other dive centers on the east side of the island as well. And the snorkeling at the hotel beach is spectacular! --It's also only a 10 minute walk from the boat terminal--definitely doable without using a horse and carriage. --The hotel pool is AWESOME. It's large and the deep-end is deep enough to dive into! --Hotel breakfast is decent--not over the top, but it has you covered. Ask for a homemade banana pancake or an omelette. --Staff was generally very nice. There was one member in particular who was just an absolute ray of sunshine--I'm so mad I forgot to write down his name. We were there for our honeymoon and he was the one who arranged the swan towel on our bed when we first arrived. We didn't end up meeting him till the end of the stay though! There may be better options at a better price point, but this spot ended up working out okay for us as we completed our scuba diving certification.

its just beyond words to tell the experience we had. I normally not a fan of writing bad review, where I always preferred to let the establishment directly if there's some flaws etc. However this place is just as bad as some other place with lower price with hostel's category. Let just put my minus bucket list about this terrible place : 1. Filthy and dirty dining tools 2. Staff are poorly trained and it is so hard to find the staff attention 3.The freaking buzzer from the kitchen is annoying as hell 4.Room is not as good as advertised and the wi-fi signal is keep on losing 5. No hot water in the shower, even when its promised to be fixed Highly recommended not to visit

One of the most beautiful places on Gili air. This charming little hotel is located directly on the beach front, offering undisturbed views over Lombok. The rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom facilities nice, and the bed was perfect. The waiting staff was never in a hurry 😅 but when showing up with your order you would never be disappointed! The food was AMAZING, drinks too. The prize in the restaurant is slightly higher than the other close by restaurants and bars, however the servings where bigger and quality at a completely different level, so well worth it. Hotel offers bike rental and boat trips at same prices as what you would pay booking on the Main Street, and has snorkeling gear for guests to use. Pool is fairly big and hidden away from the street offering a nice cool swim always partly in the shades in the beautiful garden

Way overpriced - should have read previous reviews before booking. We had to request a room change due to the stench of sewage permeating the bathroom and bedroom. Resort very run down - needs a complete overhaul- not worth the money in today market. Firmly on my list of places to never stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights at this boutique hotel. It is really nice hotel, with a great pool area. But the best is the beach right in front. It is really beautiful, and you can snorkel directly from the beach. The breakfast is good, they make fresh omelettes and banana pancakes. We ate dinner two times, directly on the beach, with great food. The staff is also very friendly. It is a place we would go back to

The hotel is in a great location. We stayed in the bungalow and it was clean and comfortable beds. Has a room safe and mini fridge and air conditioning unit. The shower pressure was a bit weak but what do you expect on an island. The beach was right in front and beautiful snorkeling right out front. The beach is white and sandy but when on the edge it is full of shells so very sharp so needed some water shoes and purchased them right down the way. The staff who worked there were extremely friendly and professional. The Bali people are truely so friendly. The breakfast is good. Has all you need for the day. They always had water available for consumption. Had dinner there the last night and it was good. We tried to support the staff there as they are so nice and the island was closed for 2 years. Rented the bikes for five dollars a day and loved this about the island. No motorized vehicles on the island so that is really nice. Horse and carts or walking is how you get around. Rented a boat for the day just my husband and myself for 85$ Australia a day and that was nice. Went to all three Gili islands. I would also say hotels dot com to have a minimum characters of one million characters is a bit much. I don't even write that much to anyone and it is a deterrent to write a review but I am doing one anyways because I want people to know how awesome this resort is and how the staff deserve the businesses. So now I'm just going to say great island.
