Friendly staff, marvelous view, outstanding service, nice room

相當不錯，物超所值

We stayed Jan29–Feb2 2024 and had the most wonderful time. The lodge is everything all the good reviews say but we were still surprised by the quality of the lovely grounds, beautiful room, meticulous attention given to every detail by the warm and extremely attentive manager and staff, and the added extras that are just included (because most places would nickel and dime for a lot of what LL just throws in to make you feel welcome and comfortable). The most obvious example is the food. A gorgeous breakfast and dinner is included in the nightly rate. The owners Bill and Anya (restaurant owners from Belgium, go figure), and Chef Jiwa and his team have created breakfast and dinner experiences that truly became the sun around which each of our vacation days orbited - that sounds hyperbolic, but it’s actually completely true in our case! We also had an unforgettable and delicious sate lunch during our beach day at Gili Meno, and along with the chef had a team of really fun staff there with us to fulfill our every wish and need :) We went for a hike one morning with a great hiking guide (taking us up a ridge with spectacular views - one we could not have explored on our own - and through a Buddhist village, and more - thank you Edy!) and I had an absolutely glorious massage the last afternoon. If we’d stayed one more day I would have asked for another. The weather was perfect - like most tropical forecasts, what looked sort of rainy initially turned into sun and scattered clouds :) In our short time there we were utterly spoiled in the best way, received a generosity of experiences far above and beyond our expectations, and have nothing but good things to say about the oasis that is Lombok Lodge. Go! You will not be disappointed!! (And definitely do the LL shuttle from the airport - get into that Lombok Lodge happy bubble the moment you step on island!)

Excellent experience. Stayed for 4 nights and was bowled over by the attention to detail and the thought applied to every part and aspect of the resort. The quality and flavor of the menu was exceptional. The design of the resort is very contemporary but classic. The owners clearly pay attention to everything. The staff are well trained and clearly recruited carefully. Overall, highly recommended.

The best holiday escape ever! We stayed in the private villas managed by The Lombok Lodge, great experience... Mas BAS (the private butler) did a fantastic job (Terima Kasih). Visited Gili Meno, fully arranged by The Lombok Lodge (Bagno Di Gili) - wonderful place, great for snorkeling (we were lucky to snorkel with the turtles) Highly recommended.

Our stay at The Lombok Lodge has surpassed all expectations from our previous travels. The best part about the Lodge would be the excellent staff. Every member of the staff knew us by name, were aware of our dietary restrictions and were so keen and thoughtful all the time. Just when you thought it could not get better, they come right by with a Watermelon Sorbet or cold towels. We had not requested for it but they were always so timely and genuine. The food at The Lombok Lodge is the best we've had and each meal was invested with so much thought, time and effort. The service staff were fully aware of the dishes they served and what it went best with or what drinks would be the best for someone under the weather. The pool is stunning and the grounds are lovely. We especially loved the private beach and catching the sunrise on the boardwalk. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are amazing with prepping the room for bed when were out at dinner. We don't believe we will find another place like The Lombok Lodge where both staff and grounds are oh so beautiful ❤️

MAGNIFIQUE ET PARFAIT! Juste ce qu’il faut en nombre de chambres ni trop petit ni trop grand. 5/5 sur Le service, la nourriture, le cadre, la déco, la propreté, le spa, l attention …. Joyful Nyoman, lovely Aida, professional and kind Mr Hamdi… and all the armful staff 🤍 Thank you everybody.

Very difficult to find fault with The Lombok Lodge - its like a well-oiled machine that runs like clockwork, but with the added benefit of personal touches from the amazing attentive staff. Rooms are so comfortable with amazing ocean views. Restaurant food in the evenings is Michelin standard, all with roots in the local Indonesian cuisine. Lunches and Breakfasts also excellent and with Western options. A very relaxing place and we wished we could have stayed longer. Special thanks to Aida who looked after us well.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom room with our adult daughter which was like having your own villa with all the services of a hotel. Food was absolutely stunning and the service was first class. There were also so many different options to do. We did the Bagno Di Gili which was a must, the southern beaches Lombok tour and a few hikes over our 5 day stay. Would have like to stay longer as there was so much more to do. Couldnt recommend this place highly enough.
