아우구스타 클럽 & 스파 - 어른 전용(Augusta Club & Spa - Adults Only)

Hôtel situé près du stade de football de Lloret, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation et à proximité immédiate des rues offrant de quoi faire du shopping. A environ 500m à pieds de la grande plage. Hôtel très propre. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable et parlant également français. Le cadre est magnifique avec sa piscine qui s'illumine la nuit. Le buffet du soir était correct. A noter que les boissons sont payantes et non incluses, ce qui est un peu dommage. Le petit déjeuner est de type continental avec café, confitures, oeufs, bacon, fromage, céréales, ect... On y trouve tout ce que l'on veut. L'accès à la piscine intérieure, au Spa et aux installations de sports est payante. Ce qui est dommage aussi. Il vaudrait mieux déterminer un prix final avec les options incluses plutôt que de devoir se promener avec sa carte bancaire pour les boissons et installations. Le soir, il y avait une animation musicale. Le public était des séniors. Je recommande cet hôtel pour des séniors mais pas pour des jeunes, des trentenaires, quarantenaires ou cinquantenaires. Moi j'ai 50 ans, j'aime m'amuser et l'hôtel n'est pas fait pour moi, surtout quand on vient à Lloret de mar. Pour se détendre, être au calme, cet hôtel sera idéal pour vous et surtout il n'y a pas d'enfants et ça, quand on veut se reposer, c'est super !

The receptionist wasn’t very polite and kind with us, also we had several technical problems with our room, at the beginning the water from the sink wasn’t working, the day after the water stopped working for 3 hours in all the hotel. Furthermore during the night it was super laud, there were people runnning in the corridor at 4.30 a.m in front of our door and we couldn’t sleep for at least 1 hour. The night after the same thing happened again, people were screaming and arguing in corridor. Also there are some problems with window senorization. I don’t suggest you this hotel, we didn’t t had a nice experience.

Arriving at the hotel we were looking forward to our holiday. At reception, the staff member was extremely unprofessional and unkind, which was off putting and made us feel as though we were a very strong burden to the staff. As this is meant to be a spa and club hotel we did not expect this level of service. After receiving our information for our room number we had to take our heavy suitcases up three floors, we were also instructed by a cleaner that we would not able to use the lift. Why? Entering the room the first impressions were undesirable to spend a week here. The room had a very tired and old feel, this made us feel that the rooms and most of the hotel has not been renovated or shown any attention in the maintenance department for years. Terrible. The staff members continued to speak in fluent Spanish even though we made it very clear that we were both English - funny though as upon requesting that a cleaner who entered our room spoke english she did so immediately. Odd? The hotel sells itself on its website and to third party agencies as a spa and club hotel although I strongly believe as though this is false advertising and clearly going in the direction of scamming holidaymakers. Appalling. Not to mention the swimming pool and the spa which both are underwhelming and lacking attention to detail. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and do not show them any support. The whole trip was a waste of time and a very big waste of money. Disgusting.

Arrived at the hotel after being dropped off down the road from our transfer and after about a 3 hour journey. Booked this hotel specifically for the 4stars and pictures the rooms we were given absolutely appalling feels like a prison. I asked front desk if we could move they expressed the hotel is fully booked but they will be able to move us in the morning when people check out. Not sure if this is accurate as *********** still showed rooms available. Aircon also not working. Very disappointed with my experience here so far. Just look at the size of the bath what a joke.

Firstly this hotel is not 4*, the rooms are very small and the bathroom and balcony very basic. Issues with ants in our room and no kettle or iron available. I stayed here with 5 other females all of Caribbean decent and we subjected to racism by other visitors and the night security guard called Keemo and one of the receptionists. We were accused of removing a bed from our room which none of us knew anything about and had wondered why this bed was placed outside our room as if it was intentional. Another guest had come to our room to verbally attack us and slammed our door shut. She then had the nerve to call the security guard Keemo who had no intention of hearing our side of the incident and accused us off attacking the lady and threatened to call the police. My mum tried speaking to him but he started screaming at us telling us to leave the hotel before he called the police on us. At this point other guests started coming out of their rooms and talking in their language with the security and giving us dirty looks. We were told to f*** off and shut up multiple times by Keemo. We went to reception to speak to another security guard and he dealt with the situation and reassured us we were not being kicked out. A few days later Keemo accused us of the bed incident and didn’t apologise when we told him it had nothing to do with us. If you are a black person avoid this hotel. Despite a handful of helpful staff, majority of them were awful. We were stared at anytime we visited the bar or breakfast making us reduce the amount of time we actually spent in the hotel. My anxiety was triggered by Keemo and I couldn’t leave my room without one of the other girls on the trip.

We have not long returned from our holiday here. The hotel and staff was amazing. Instantly made to feel welcome and given all the information straight away. We booked half board and the food was fantastic such variation and choices and delicious. The bar staff were friendly and attentive nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool and facilities were fantastic. If you want a comfortable relaxing holiday I would highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed! Thanks again to all the staff for a lovely time away

Special hotel and special service. Thanks to Valentin and the other barman for make us laugh and have fun. Unique thing I would improve is the wellness area, that have low services for 15€ per hour.

Great 3 night stay at this hotel. OK rooms are small and little dated but spotlessly clean. Reception area and dining room fantastic. Amazing staff friendly and helpful. Food great although the restaurant can feel little crowded at times. We went to spa was 15 euro each for an hour. We loved it. A great stay in a relaxed hotel.

We have not long returned from this hotel after a 10 night stay. Firstly, we arrived by coach from Barcelona and were not very impressed by the area that the hotel is situated in but obviously you don't know that until you arrive. On walking into the hotel the reception/bar area is very nice and we were made very welcome by the Receptionist. Our room however was not as plush as it looks on the website photographs, with old radiators, paintwork and old fashioned curtains. Our air con was not working properly and we ended up having to move rooms due to this. The Receptionist though who dealt with our room move, could not have been more helpful and she was a pleasure to deal with. The pool area is ok, however the wooden decking all around that area desperately needs replacing!!! Some of it is broken and sticking up so you can catch your feet on it. Our main positive at this hotel was the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. The guys work so hard in the bar and restaurant areas and the Reception Team were all fantastic. Unfortunately we wouldn't return to the hotel as Lloret is a very commercialised resort and not really what we expected. We had a day trip to Tossa de Mar and this was so much more Spanish and to our liking but thank you to all the staff at Augusta for making our stay pleasant.
