A great hotel in splendid surroundings, great rooms, super friendly and proffesional staff. Also. Orth mentioning is the quality of the restaurant, bistro and bar. Muchas gracias for the great stay in Carrossa .

The hotel was recommended by Wellness Traveller on their website and I must admit it did not disappoint. The location and outstanding with great service and outstanding food. Pool area and spa were a wow and we loved. Value for money however was probably one of the best on the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is on a beautiful property with old olive trees, rolling hills, a view to the sea and mountains, and the occasional mountain goat! The rooms were large and comfortable with terrific bathrooms and bath products. This is a quiet place for peace, romance, and relaxation. The bar was superb - they even arranged a delightful wine tasting with a very knowledgeable sommelier. He was superb. The breakfast is excellent. Dinner is ok. I would recommend heading to Arta for excellent food close by. The restaurant can get overwhelmed if too many people are looking to eat there. The resort has an excellent gym and gorgeous pool area. We would like to return when the weather is better to enjoy all the amenities.

Great countryside location while convenient for Arta. Excellent accommodation and facilities including pool and spa. High quality breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Efficient, friendly service.

Very mixed feelings towards this property and our stay. As a couple in our early 30s I made a big mistake booking this property. The pictures are very impressive and felt like just what we needed to escape and switch off. First of all, you are very remote. Everywhere is a drive away…(personal preferences) We booked a standard room and upon arrival we felt like we had been put in the ‘staff quarters’ - it was almost like the overflow rooms and not part of the main Manor House. We asked if we can change and showed us another room on the same type, no better. No other further solution. The room had a very musky smell, like it haven’t been used for a while….and not forgetting the beds are rock solid that we both woke up with bad back ache. The room overlooked the delivery area which we could hear deliveries coming loudly every morning. We actually checked out 2 nights early because of this. Disappointing stay. Not a 5* luxury hotel experience. Attracts a lot of older couples. The pool is extremely quiet to hear everyone’s conversations and if you make loud conversations you get glares. Maybe suggest adding background music?! Also. Spending over €50pp for the dinner buffet (which is very limited) and not including any drinks especially spending €7 extra for a bottle of water is ridiculous. Sorry Carrossa! You won’t get more than 3 stars and you won’t get any recommendations from us. We left 2 nights early very disappointed and upset.

The perfect location to relax and unwind from the outside world. Would highly recommend. A must for those travelling around the island.
