호텔 스파 리베리에스(Hotel Riberies & Spa)

The staff was very helpful particularly when there were problems with our safe, air conditioning and phone in the room. Mariona (Meriwavv Borant) at the front desk was fantastic, she suggested two great hikes/walks near the hotel that were spectacular.

The location is awesome and you can book adventure activities right from within.

A superb stay. The spa/sauna and indoor pool were ace. Also the outdoor pool was cold but clean, very refreshing having a cold dip after a sauna. Even a member of staff brought us towels as we were using our bathroom towels, never asked but he just brought them, top guy. The staff were a delight and went out their way to please guests. The room was very clean and had all you needed. As we were a group of bikers, we had the sole use of a secure parking facility that used a programmed card to open up from outside. It was great having dry bikes in the morning. Food was excellent with a breakfast buffet, and a huge evening meal that was perfectly cooked.

Front desk was very helpful. I got in after their dining room was closed and they opened it to make me a sandwich which was delicious!

Just returned from 3 nights here for the Día de España puente. It’s a lovely find, 20 mins from Espot and the entrance to the national park. It was very busy most nights but the hotel coped well. The only downside was Covid restrictions limited access to the Spa, and we couldn’t find a good time for us. The room was a “confort” with enough space for the huge double bed and an additional bed for our son. Beds were very confortable, the room very quiet. Shower pressure was amazing and the hotel went all out on breakfast. The best I’ve had in a hotel this year. We were even treated to an earthquake…a 3.8 on the Richter scale. I can’t recommend this enough. We ate each night in the restaurant with a great choice of menu and wines, all at very reasonable prices. If you’re heading for the park for the day, ask for a picnic.

MARAVILLOSO. Éste hotel es un remanso de paz a pesar de ser Agosto. Vistas de ensueño. Está junto a un río en el q te puedes bañar. Ideal para paseos relajantes y actividades como montar a caballo, rafting... Personal muy amable. Volveremos. muy.muymuagradable.

Nunca habíamos pasado una experiencia así en ningún hotel previamente ni mi esposa ni yo. Habitación lúgubre por falta de luz, ambientador axfisiante y ducha (teléfono) averiada. Llamamos a mantenimiento y el “señor” nos indica que si sujetamos bien el “cable” se puede usar y que ahora no lo cambia (se encara con mi esposa que le indica no funciona), finalmente llamo a recepción de nuevo y en 10’ vuelve y pone uno nuevo, no sin soberbia y dejando el baño de pisadas negras por lo que mancho. Nunca imagine un trato así en un hotel y menos de 4*, pena o vergüenza??
