Fabulous hosts who made me and my daughter feel so welcome and that nothing was too much trouble! Amazing breakfast with great selection and room was spotlessly clean too. Couldn’t fault the position as so close to all amenities and a great recommendation for our evening meal provided too. Would happily return!

Lovely Hotel on the sea front. Location close to the town and easy walking distance to the theatre. The hotel is family run, friendly a**osphere and nothing too much trouble. The room was of a decent size, very clean, tea / coffee making facilities available and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was a pre order the night before along with a time slot of your choice. ( meaning your breakfast was freshly prepared and the dining room not busy at all even though the hotel was full). There was a range of breakfast items - cereal/ fruit / cooked including veggie option - all really good produce. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This March 2023 saw my partner and myself hiring out the whole Bed and breakfast over q Friday night and Saturday night to accommodate my family at what they thought was my 60 th birthday weekend celebration but was actually our surprise wedding. Claire and David help us to make this event happen going the extra mile on every turn. The accommodation was fabulous and every request made by ourselves or our guests was actioned with no fuss. All rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order, with plenty of toast and beverages. The B and B is situated with great sea views. Although it does not have it own car park, parking on the street was easy and only cost £4 between 10 - 4 (free after that time). Cannot wait to stay here again - love it. Great value for money, lovely location, comfortable and clean - great hosts

This is our second time staying at the Promenad guest house. We really enjoy it here and feels very much like a home-from-home. Dave & Claire are very welcoming hosts. We had a lovely big room with high ceilings and sweeping sea view. We were in room 4 on the 1st floor. Bed was massive and very comfortable :) Fab breakfast all freshly cooked to order....I also discovered a new favourite! Bubble & squeak sausage!! Absolutely delicious :) We will continue to go back here whenever we are in the area...we couldn't have asked for any more. The location is great too with the pier being a leisurely 10 minute walk along the promenade, and the main shopping area with restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. Thank you Dave for a wonderful stay :)

Just spent a lovely few days at this guest house, David and Claire were so welcoming. Our room (11) was at the top of the house so we had a great sea view and its a good spot to sit with a brew and people watch too. Breakfast was really nice with vegan options available and dairy free milk for coffee/tea. The location was perfect for popping out for a walk along the promenade and its not too far from the pier. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance too. Top rooms could possibly get quite warm in summer so could be worth taking a little electric fan, this wouldn't put me off staying again though, I'll definitely book again in the future. Excellent stay, extremely friendly owners. Great breakfast choice served in a beautiful breakfast room. The room was lovely , comfortable and clean. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a great stay in Llandudno!

What can I say? This was such a well needed weekend, and staying at the promenad made it all the more better! David and Claire were such amazing hosts! The room was clean, the beds were so comfy I was tempted to steal a pillow! 😂 we only stayed for the weekend, so came in on the Friday night. Because we’d arrived late, we could only book the earliest breakfast but bless David he made sure to give us the latest breakfast time on Sunday morning to give us a lie in! Such an amazing stay I will definitely recommend to anyone and will hopefully come again in May! - from Nicole and David 😁

We’re just on our way home from a stay at Promenad and we really didn’t want to leave. From the moment we got there we felt at home and David and Claire couldn’t do enough for you. We were there to celebrate a very special family occasion and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a b and b. We stayed in room 12 which was a family room with an amazing sea view. Thankyou again David and Claire for making mine and my families trip so memorable we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful stay. David and Claire couldn't do enough to help us with evey detail of a special weekend to celebrate my sister in laws 60th birthday and surprise wedding. We can't thank them enough for everything. Great breakfast, room and welcome. Would highly recommend and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Llandudno is definitely somewhere we will come again. Thanks for everything x
