There are two boat lifts: a. One will handle boats or pontoons up to 24 foot long. b. One will handle boats up to 20 foot long. 3. There is one jet ski lift that will hold 2 jet skis. 4. There is a large sun deck above the boat lift looking out over the lake. 5. High speed internet (1 gigabyte service) is on the property. There are range extenders at the boat dock & sun deck area. Wi-fi speeds will of course be much lower. 6. Four bedrooms & 2 & ½ baths.
