So disappointed- we stayed in what they call penthouse room 4 - The place required a deep clean not just a surface clean ! The blinds were all broken in the living and bedroom area . There were scuff and dirt marks on the walls - the bedroom furniture had door handles missing ! The door to the apar**ent did not lock we reported this and were told the maintenance guy was available ! We had to leave our door unlocked and secure it with a stool through the night ! The shower had one setting -cook you alive it was scalding also reported this to Adam on reception who apologised and said it was likely the mixer had gone ! Didn’t help I was actually very red from trying to shower ! The noise from the traffic is very loud don’t think this place is double glazed ! The area it is in leaves a lot to be desired !! Couldn’t get in the car park had to park on the street. There were no welcome amenities no soap or bottles of water no hand towel ! Feel very ripped off at the price we paid

We stayed here for two night firstly I would like to say how helpful and friendly the staff were we were a party of six coming at different times of day we loved the fact there was secure parking and someone in reception 24 hours a day the apar**ent was great size kitchen was good for us to cook 2 bathroom very clean beds were comfy and there is a lift which was good for us as we were on the top floor you do here a little bit of noise from the road but it did not bother us as we were so close to the city centre it only 20 minute walk to the city 30 minute walk to a field football club well located to get all over the city we will defo be back thank you for a great stay

completely avoid!!! Please do not stay here! Bad area, felt intimated! Found what can only be described as nymph bed bugs under the sheets on the mattress edge! Broken items, filthy patio doors, bins etc, flies everywhere! The list goes on….Very disappointed as stayed before…our 60th birthday trip was ruined, however the man on reception was helpful in moving us accommodation…very sad to leave such a bad review but we got no compensation and nothing but bad attitude :(

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff made a fuss of me as they knew it was my birthday. Lovely apar**ent with a balcony. Nice and clean,with clean towels and bedding. My only complaint would be that the balcony could do with a deep clean,and the laminate flooring is really creaky. All in all,a lovely stay,and I will stay there the next time I go to Liverpool.

Had a fantastic experience staying at these apar**ents this week. Stayed for three nights in apar**ent 108. Very clean and well presented and plenty of space and amenities aplenty. The apar**ents were very simple to find, parking is great and secure, reception staff really friendly and welcoming. The only downside were the notorious creaking floorboards, whilst a distraction for me, it probably wouldn't bother everybody. Thank you for a really pleasant stay.

The area is horrendous, outside was littered and unkempt, apar**ents were full of shoddy repairs, nappy left in one bathroom cupboard, blood stains on coffee table and ceiling, marks on bed sheets, general cleanliness was lacking, no tv remote in one apar**ent, literally a place for a lads cheap stopover, not for families or anyone looking for a quality stay

Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs. The surrounding area is unsafe, you will not get any sleep for the noise and the apar**ents are filthy and have never been repaired. The bathrooms made me feel physically sick. We stayed here for a hen party.

We came up to Liverpool see some family and decided to stop off again at the Picture House Apar**ents. As always we were made very welcome and were able to check in early. Parking was also available and free of charge. Rooms were clean and spacious and I would highly recommend.

This place is disgusting. So filthy, items broken, no handle on main door to open it which is a fire hazard and could not lock it from outside which is safety issue. Toilet didn't flush, lights broken, broken glass in filthy toaster, cooker filthy, bedding stained, spiderwebs everywhere, panel on window missing, squashed flies on walls not cleaned.
