우리는 Anfield의 콘서트에 가기 위해 하룻밤 숙박을 예약했고 Amina와 체크인했을 때 예약 한 방이 수페리어 더블룸으로 업그레이드되었다는 알림을 받았습니다. 그녀는 또한 우리에게 묻지 않고 장소까지의 교통편에 대한 정보를 제공했으며 일반적으로 매우 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 우리는 다음을 포함하여 콘서트와 호텔을 즐겼습니다. 돈과 청결을 위한 가치 그리고 당신은 우리가 필요로 하는 모든 것이 포함된 양질의 아침 식사를 제공했습니다. 우리는 다시 머물 것이고 접수 원, Amina는 호텔의 자산이었습니다.

Extremely full of pain stay. AC didnt work to have even fresh air in room without ventilation for 4 nights. Very rude reception team who were fine with midnight checkout then getting the equipment fixed. There is no buffet breakfast, and if you paid for it, you just wasted. Rooms were not done everyday. None of the amenities mentioned in booking there.

We booked two rooms for 3 nights for us and our friends at The Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Hotel. It’s a located close to the shops, night life and Liverpool Docks. The staff were polite. The rooms were clean, however we paid extra for upgraded Superior rooms which come with upgraded amenities. One of the rooms did not have a coffee machine or fridge. Staff assured us that both rooms were Superior rooms but could not supply the missing items that we paid extra for! Not Happy.

Great location . All staff very friendly and easy to deal with . Great view of the liver building from our room . Nice bar area and nice drinks . Overall a really nice two night stay .

Small room but good for parking, good room rate. will come again

Weekend in Liverpool for a big birthday celebration. The Mecure was the perfect location. Great service, clean modern room and plenty of choice at breakfast. I would definitely return.

Great hotel great staff great location great rooms

Only 1 lift working so 5 minute delays most of time. Breakfast was 15 £ and had to wait for all the items to be available at same time.Meant I had to go up 3 times. When checking in got a double even though had requested a twin.Had to wait for lift and go back to reception. Took 15 mins. Overall haven't stayed here in about 15 years and looks like they have done Nothing with it in the interim.

Great location and super clean hotel. Unfortunately stay was disrupted by noisy next door guests. Asked for a room swap but coincidentally all rooms were booked.

Great hotel. Best sleep in a hotel yet. Lovely staff. Been twice in the past month.

Great spot in the heart of the city. Lovely entrance to the hotel but the rooms are very tired. Windows mouldy carpets stained everywhere looking a bit tatty and dated.
