Very expensive for a one night stay, breakfast was not included in our room and was extra on top of the expensive room. Dinner menu only had half the items available. No phone reception in the hotel forcing you to use the slow WiFi or pay for the fast WiFi. We only had 1 bath towel for a twin room. Wouldn't be in a rush back

We stayed for one night of a family Wedding, we are glad it was only one night, we have stayed many times with Premier Inn all over the country but this the most we have paid, the room was also the smallest. The shower base and wall had mould. We paid for a full breakfast we were told they had run out half of the items, this was at 9 am.

Bottle of wine and card for my wife's birthday plus had a great meal and a good evening. Will visit again in the future 😄😄

The air com was on high our room was freezing . We turned it down and when we got back it was high again and freezing. I told the staff and they said that they will solve it but nothing happened I complained three times to no avail the problem stayed the same all night. I hardly slept a wink.

I regularly stay with Premier Inns often in Witney. They are usually good value if you book early. Always clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Now the slight annoyance after paying £155 for superior room plus breakfast I was expected to fork out another £3 for reliable fast wi fi. The standard o e is slow (very) and intermittent but I suppose that is to force you to pay.

This hotel is in a good location, a short walk to Witney. The staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and the second floor room I had included a fridge which is great. Staff are friendly. Food is OK. The only downside is that there is no mobile reception on EE or O2 and the hotel WiFi, even the paid version, is very poor. I couldnt download individual pages let alone stream Netflix.
