Friendly reception.

We had an event at the Statehouse Convention Center. The hotel was close-maybe a 10 minute walk if that. Very convenient. The person at check-in was so friendly and informative. The hotel is very clean and the room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was a mixed bag. The staff were all friendly. I got an early check in at noon which was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve had in hotels of this price range. Location is excellent - near bars and restaurants. But there were 3 things that got in the way of my stay. First, it wasn’t clear if the bottled waters were complimentary for the duration of the stay. I checked in without knowing that the bottled waters were provided, and only found that out when I later went to the hotel pantry to buy them. Related to this was that I thought they were complimentary for the duration of my stay only to find out later when I went to get more the staff told me only two were complimentary with check-in. On second thought that policy doesn’t quite make sense because there’s a non-functioning filtered osmosis tap in the ice room which means all guests are supposedly provided with clean potable water for the duration of their stay. I ended up putting close to a hundred dollars on my room charge because I was forced in a way to buy overpriced bottles of water from the hotel pantry for the rest of my stay. The second thing that made my stay really unpleasant was that some guests or people were really noisy either in the next room or in the hallway. People were shutting doors with banging sound while laughing and giggling constantly at 1 am while I was asleep so that really pissed me off as I was on a work trip. This happened over 2 nights.

Hotel was nice, clean, upscale, inviting staff but the beds are the hardest bed ive ever slept on in my life! And i used to travel for a living. Most marriots are super comfortable but the bed felt like laying on a box spring or the floor. My boyfriend agreed he wouls have rather slept in the car lol

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. When we got to one of our rooms we noticed that the door looked like it had been messed with. We didn't realize until we were trying to leave for our event that night that the door didn't lock. We talked to the front desk and they moved that room. When we got back later that night thought, we noticed that they had re-rented the room to someone else. I don't agree with that practice at all since it was a major safety concern. I also would have liked to know that we were going to be required to pay for our parking even though they gave us a parking pass. I had a mysterious charge on my credit card which I later found out was the charge for the daily parking.

The hotel was very nice and our stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was how dark our room was. It made putting on makeup difficult.

It was convenient to my job during the wintry weather. The staff was nice but I would have enjoyed a complimentary breakfast.

My son and I booked a room to attend a concert close by. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was beautiful and comfortable. They only issue I had was that I was charged $20 twice for a hold but the last at customer service couldn't see it on her end. Her best guess was that it will be refunded and then just charge me $11 for the parking garage.

It was a great property that offered you a comfort stay in a good location, close to places to eat and things to do.
