Awesome experience in this hotel ......it is very near and clean and services also good

Hotel is very good in terms of hospitality I keep on visiting the hotel on weekends basis for spa .. ANIMA Wellness is there spa which is very NYC and well maintained this time i visited for a conference purpose with my colleagues and everything was great apart from few electricity trip in Between the conference that was bit annoying so I made a complaint to duty ***ager Rahul and he personally took the complaint seriously and assured me that it won't happen again . Don't knew what he did but after that it didn't happened even for a seconds . ***agers shud be on his word that what actually Rahul did . Even after the conference he met me personally and apologize for the things . Very humble and sweet guy, keep it up team. Will come back soon

People are very great over the property rooms and banquet are very much clean and hygienic we were alloted 114 superior category it is very much spacious enough for 3 people with front side view . We were greatly greeted with Front office team and Chef were very helpful during the breakfast .

Park plaza faridabad is very good hotel in our city. We used this hotel for family dinner my family likes this hotel very much . Here staff is so nice and helpful very good cleaning in all area and food is so good in this hotel overall all nice experience all the time here

Without any doubt one of the best hotel in Faridabad when I visited here I noticed that a marriage function was going on I saw the hall it was such a big hall very nice decor like a fairy tail the staff was extremely friendly food was really delicious staff was very cooperative Mr radhe security supervisor very helpful all the reception staff amazing ms muskan provide us a complimentary coffee and duty ***ager Mr Rahul and ***oj provide us good room with good view

I stayed 5th time in this hotel all staff very good and nature was so polite I prefer again and again lunch was so good receptionist staff muskan and Rahul so professional and very helping nature.......we are planning to visit again in this hotel
