it was a very nice vacation. this hotel is very beautiful, in a quiet location with very beautiful gardens, the rooms provide you with a beautiful view of a small bay furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, bar, football field and many activities from the staff. the apartments are spacious and equipped with everything you need. I recommend this hotel

This hotel has possibly one of the best locations. But th seeing and the lighting and the general l’atout is a mess. From the room to breakfast is a 10 minutes walk up and down hills. The furniture inside the rooms is very old and just not enough. The tv didn’t work. I was not surprised at all. The AC worked well. The beach are is messy and the fact that you had to win a daily lottery to get an umbrella is absurd. I chose the hotel because it has a beach. When I learned the first day that there were not enough umbrellas for the chairs, I would have left if I could. I then never used the beach again. Breakfast is sad.

The rooms are ok, be careful when you book as some rooms don’t have AC, there is no wifi, there is no beach towel included and you need to spend 5 euros every time you need a towel or change it, it is not a deposit. The breakfast is very basic the restaurant serves frozen product and they really don’t know what customer service is. On my last day I had to call the manager because they refused to give me a sun bed. You can’t do anything walking and you will need to rent a car, bare in mind the taxi yo porto cervo is 35 euro each way! The reception are ok as well but when they talk to you, you feel they forced themselves to be nice it is not genuine. The beach is ok but not compare to what you can find around. You need to rent a boat to see the beauty of Sardenia and there is a small pier next to the hotel which is handy. I think for europe this hotel is acceptable if you are not expecting a high standard of service and you are going there only to sleep.

Positive: very friendly staff always willing to help. Our apartment did have airco and our room was daily cleaned and got fresh towels. On the day of check-out, it was no problem to stay a bit longer (noon instead of 10:30) and we were even offered a room to shower and leave luggage in the afternoon (free of charge). Very kind. Improvement possible: our room had a different view than expected (lake view instead of sea view) and we had every evening a musician playing in front of our terras. Some people might like that. I don't. So we had to escape from our room every evening and stay away until 10:30 PM Breakfast: go early because between 10 and 10:30 the kitchen is wrapping up. The hotel is located near another abandoned hotel - the whole area has seen better times, probably before corona . Not convinced that this is a 4-star hotel. After +30 years of travelling, I would rate this more between a 2 and 3 star hotel. (no swimming pool)

Nada que reclamar todo muy bien, habia estado hace 2 años y tambien la pase barbaro, esta todo muy cuidado a pesar de los años que tiene , muy recomendable

Ho trovato questa sistemazione per puro caso. La location è bellissima, curata al dettaglio. Le stanze hanno un giardino vista mare. La spiaggia privata per gli ospiti è a liscia di Vacca, a circa 300 dagli appartamenti. Accesso a spiaggia e attrazioni varie (lettino, ombrellone, canoa ecc.) sono gratuite per gli ospiti. Esperienza bellissima.

Sono rimasta delusa dalle camere . Residence con formula hotel tutto da ristrutturare all Interno delle camere forte odore di umidità, pareti sporche e materassi vecchissimi con letto a molle , pulizia poco sufficiente. Il personale è gentile e cerca di impegnarsi ma purtroppo la struttura è vecchia ed è sfruttata al massimo eppure basterebbe poco , un po’ di manutenzione all interno perché l esterno nel complesso è bello e bella la posizione con una splendida vista!! Se ristrutturate torneremo

"Уставший отель", нужно сделать подход к пляжу, устанвить кран с водом для обмывания ног. Очень многие места требуют ремонта, как снаружи так и в номере.

Appartamento ampio e spazioso,ben illuminato. Sia la stanza che il soggiorno si affacciano sul giardino curato e pulito,e sono vista mare. Il bagno è completo e funzionale. Angolo cottura con piano a induzione molto utile,frigo abbastanza capiente. Nelle stanze sono presenti diversi armadi molto spaziosi. Gli unici problemi che abbiamo riscontrato sono: il letto scomodo, probabilmente il materasso va sostituito, inoltre l insonorizzazione non è ideale,si sentono i passi e rumori dell'appartamento soprastante.

Très mitigée Jolis bâtiments bien intégrés dans la nature, propreté irréprochable et proximité de porto cervo. Mais mobilier excessivement succinct et désuet, une unique petite télévision dans la salle que l on ne peut qualifier de salon (2 banquettes dures et absence de table basse)aucun service. Il serait judicieux de prévenir que le Check out a lieu à 10h du matin, horaire assez inhabituel pour être préciser. Ne correspond pas aux 4 étoiles annoncées

Posto stupendo , personale gentile e disponibile ,dal direttore ai ragazzi che lavorano in spiaggia, abbiamo passato una giornata indimenticabile,siamo stati in spiaggia dove sono presenti i bagnini, chiosco per pranzare sotto il fresco degli alberi lo consiglio vivamente a famiglie ma non solo
