화장실과 샤워실이 공용이나 충분하고, 온수도 잘 나옵니다.
공용주방과 세탁기가 있어 편리합니다.
위치는 관광지에서 떨어져있어 조용하고
주변에 bar가 좀 있고 슈퍼마켓도 있어 편리합니다.
metro도 bus도 가깝습니다.
가격대비 깨끗합니다.
열쇠가 상당히 구식이라 겁 많은분은 애매...
그리고 방이 매우작다는거^^
그러나 66유로 기준 리스본이라 가성비 괜찮은 곳입니다.

Exterior seem vintage but interior like a brandnew!
Reception stanby 24hrs. so no worry for those who want late check-in.
Nearest metro station is yellow line at campo pequeno station just around 500m. however, the streets are not friendly withthe luggage.
Room is quite big, have enough space for big suitcase.

Property was clean, easy to locate, 24 hours reception.
However the room was cold. The power kept tripping so at night it was cold. Water in the shower was running cold after 5 mins. Water pressure in the shower was not the best.

Even if the room was cute and clean there was no heating, while outside were less than 10 degrees.
There was an AC in the room but wasn’t working on the heating mode. They gave us an electric heater but was extremely small so was not making any difference.
After staying in the room for few hours we were frozen so we had to book another hotel. The hotel is refusing to refund us. It is absolutely unacceptable to have no heating during the winter

The staff are nice. The room was clean but barebones. The "Suites" portion refers to a kitchen and living room type of area which are shared by other guests on your same floor and are located all the way down the hall outside of your actual room. This hotel is located on a hill and is about a 10 minute walk from the Campo Pequeno metro station.

Very clean and modern, although some what basic for the money. The mirror was missing from the bathroom and there were no other mirrors in the room. Told the receptionist this, he basically told me he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Also the toilet pan had been leaking leaving a pool of water which made the bathroom stink.

Work in progress. The antique key system is quirky but inefficient. Bathroom is private but accessed through hallway (with key). Not sure all are like this but should be explicit in description.
Overall very acceptable and staff is helpful.

This property was neat and clean and appeared to be in a stable neighborhood, staff was very nice. Restaurant across the street was convenient. However, was difficult to find due to the street numbering, was given a range of numbers and took some time to find the right place. Giving the actual street number of the hotel would have saved us about 20 minutes looking for it while dragging baggage with us.

Property is in a great location in the old city. The room was clean, with shower and sink in the room. For being located in an old building the room was a great value and well maintained.
