Beltana Hotel

Beautiful view, lovely and warm, lovely environment for dinner. Lovely menu with lots of variety on offer but my choice of pulled chicken tacos was very disappointing as when it came out it was fried chicken fingers instead of the pulled chicken. It was explained to me that there was a mixup with their supplier, but perhaps they could’ve told me prior to delivering so that I could choose whether to accept it or not. I was trying to avoid fried foods. Flavours were ok. Toilets were dirty and let down the high class vibe of the dining area. Special tokens glued onto the tables advising that we could order online. I ordered our drinks and then, when the waitress came over to take our drink orders she advised us that ordering online didn’t work. Also they didn’t have the drink that I ordered. Maybe cover up the online ordering tokens if they don’t work? I will go back again though as there were many things I’d like to try and the view makes returning a must.
