The main floor invites relaxation with a living room, dining room, half bath for easy pool access and well-appointed kitchen, providing a perfect blend of serenity and space. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, while the lower level features a cozy family room with a fireplace and the fourth bedroom. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin/full bunk bed, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed with trundle. The outdoor oasis boasts a large patio with a gas grill, along with a dining area. Immerse yourself in the heated pool or watch the little ones enjoy the play set in the expansive yard. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am Michigan time. No smoking at any time inside the house. If smoking outside please dispose of butts appropriately to avoid clean up fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am Michigan time (EST). Please respect our neighbors. Please do not exceed the number of guests or cars allowed at the property to avoid fines by the local township. Please follow instructions for check out located in the binder.
