Lack of warm water in the shower - i need to wait till 11 pm. Lack of full information in English. The ticket automat charged 2 times.

The campsite is well located and offers good infrastructure for children. You can get to Malmö quickly, especially by bike. At the advertised beach there were signs saying that you shouldn't swim (due to a high concentration of bacteria). A few meters further on, however, you can swim perfectly. The toilets in the main building were clean, those in the annex not always. The reception was more geared towards "mass processing". We were given information, but never really felt welcome. For example, we were told that we should take bus number 4 into the city. We were not told that this does not leave from the stop in front of the campsite, but is 15 minutes away...

We decided to use First Camp throughout our trip round Sweden, and all sites were of the utmost standard of cleanliness, location and helpful staff! The toilets were cleaned often, and were really clean and comfortable, and the sites had everything we could want

There are virtually no support after hours. The call centre person does not know the facility in detail and only reception can help if it is open. We had a horrible experience when travelled with family and finally had to book a hotel in late evening.

We have been with at sibbarp several times, always been satisfied, this time things have happened. Seems like a complainer here who is never satisfied, but you have a great campsite that deserves a little more maintenance and supervision. This time the cleanliness of the service houses was poor, stuck chewing gum on the walls of the shower over several days, when you enter the campsite in the evening it is pitch black, all the bulbs in the floodlights by the booms are out. Looks unwelcoming. In one toilet, the light flickered for several days without the bulb being changed. We got stuck with the motorhome on the grass as it was wet, at the reception they say you can fend for yourself instead of being accommodating to make suggestions. The employee is on the phone at the same time as serving customers, and goes into the back room in the middle of the payment and continues the conversation when customers are at the reception. I think everyone wants it to work, but probably miss a manager who takes some control down there. In the one service point where gray water is emptied and the mobile home toilet is emptied, paper was not refilled for the last 4 days, nor was it cleaned here. We have been to several first camp sites where the facilities are spotless, and most of them are great for families and couples.

We stayed at the cabin Limhamngata, which I would not recommend, very small and old. However, other cabins might be better. The campsite itself is very nice and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately everything closed after 18.00 hours so you could not buy, book, reserve, eat or ask anything.
