Nice location with balcony near the sea

Really disapointed with the poor standards of hygiene. On the first day we discovered black mould in the shower and dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawers. We put the sign on the door to have our room cleaned the next day and upon our return we found that they only emptied the trash ,nothing else and we even found a cockroach in our room.The walls are dirty and there are cracks in the floor which makes the room very unpleasing to the eye.The only good point was the sea view Very disappointed

The hotel is in a great location, everything is nearby, and what is absolutely stunning is that you just cross the road and you are already on the beach. The staff is friendly, the room was spacious and clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay (the room has a fridge, nespresso machine, toaster, cutlery, etc.), and the sea view from the balcony is stunning. Breakfast is simple and nothing special, but quite enough to snack on. The only thing that spoiled my impression was the noise coming from the main road, but that's to be expected (earplugs save the day) and a bit clogged water pipe in the bathtub. Anyway, great hotel!

Everything in flat stinks. Bathrooms dirty. Beddings has a weird kind of smell. Would never recommend it. Not worth paying. Basic flat, doors even doesn’t close properly. No basic thing in the kitchen. I would give no star if had an option.

We stayed at Pier beach for 2 nights. The rooms are clean and spacious and so is the bathroom. Is just across the seafront of Limassol, not far from Limassol Marina and Limassol Old city. Every day cleaning with parking available.

Pier Beach Aparthotel is located in the Limassol seafront, at the far end of the Molos Park. I stayed at Pier Beach four nights in September 2022. The views from the balconies of the rooms facing the sea are really nice, especially from the 3rd floor up (I was at the 5th floor). Pier Beach Aparthotel is a very good option to sojourn in Limassol: conveniently close to the downtown (it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Castle of Limassol and the Old Port; bus stops to the downtown and to several other locations are very near to the hotel), it has clean, well-kept, comfortable and rather spacious rooms, which also have kitchen appliances if you want to prepare your meals. The staff are friendly and the Wi-Fi connection works well. There is a restaurant at the ground floor which also welcomes customers not staying in the hotel (therefore you can also enter the hotel by going through the restaurant). Prices are reasonable considering the hotel is in one of the most expensive places of Cyprus: please note that if you book in peak season or also in shoulder season the hotel might ask you to pay the whole price of your stay as the rooms are in high demand. Storage space in the rooms is fairly good but not huge, something to think about if you plan to stay over there for a long time. As the hotel is on the seafront and on one of the busiest streets of Limassol, if you do not tolerate noise well you might have some problems in case you stay in the rooms facing the sea, especially those on lower floors (this is not my case - I cope well with noise - and I slept very well).

Amazing staff, clean rooms, all the amenities to cook your own food, AC and generally just nice! This isn’t your luxury hotel, more like having a home away from home really. Highly recommend ❤️ beach just across the road and an amazing bar downstairs. Personally I felt very happy on this business trip and will definitely stay here again next time!

I lived in Limassol for 5 years and came back to visit. I happened to pick a couple of nights at Pier Beach and couldn’t believe my luck. The flat had both a sea view and a mountain view. The room was super clean, very modern/new looking and the kitchen and lounge were great. Maybe the bathroom could be modernised but the sunrise every morning and being directly opposite a swimming beach with a cafe outweighed it!
