The standard room (200 euros per night) I stayed in had no soundproofing, it was impossible to rest with air conditioning because the fan makes noise like a helicopter, persistent indefinite metallic noises at all hours of the day and night. The doors to the rooms have the thickness and type of those used in the bathrooms of motorway service stations, what happens in the corridors can be heard perfectly in the room. However, the room is clean, the furniture is from the 2000s with a TV arranged in a non-symmetrical way with respect to the bed. Semi-firm mattress not well balanced and the length of the bed is not suitable for people taller than 1.75 cm, either your head touches the headboard or your feet stick out from the edge at the bottom. Walk-in closet with sliding door with a cabinet inside with three niches to hold shoes or other objects. Mini bar with 2 beers, 2 cokes and 4 bottles of water available and can still hold 2 bottles with a capacity of 1.5 liters. Safe as per standard 25x15x40 cm. Bathroom with access step and minimal space for one person at most. The bidet is not accessible for people of robust build. Paid parking 300 meters from the hotel with a deposit of 30 euros for the remote control. Bicycles (which should be cleaned of dust) for free use for 3 hours and with a deposit of 5 euros. Salty and sweet morning breakfast with sufficient variety. Covered swimming pool on the roof with stainless steel tub, equipped with hydromassage. Welcoming and clean sunbeds with sponge towels available. Beach service with two deckchairs and umbrella 100 meters from the hotel, very convenient. The staff, for 80% of those I had contact with, was helpful and courteous, except for some annoyed attitude from the reception upon provocation and request for further clarification. The lighting of the external sign at the top of the building is 50% out of order, this added to the general state of the hotel gives a feeling of little care for the environment: we are still talking about a hospitality facility that would like to boast 4 stars. Aware that the work of several people depends on this facility, I cannot help but be honest in the overall assessment of my experience, which I will not repeat in this facility and under these conditions.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend e purtroppo devo confermare alcune delle recensioni negative lette in precedenza. Avevo una camera standard, molto essenziale: la TV era piccola, sicuramente con almeno 10 anni di vita, e offriva una ventina di canali al massimo, il condizionatore era molto rumoroso e la stanza in sè non aveva insonorizzazione Il letto era a molle, piuttosto duro, ma l’aspetto peggiore è stato sicuramente il bagno perché ogni volta che si tirava lo sciacquone, dai tubi di scarico proveniva un odore molto forte e sgradevole, tanto da provocarmi conati di vomito. La piscina, invece, è davvero bellissima: curata e pulita, così come in generale lo è per lo più l’intera struttura. La colazione mi ha deluso perché la scelta è davvero molto limitata e non mi ha soddisfatto. Ho provato anche la palestra, ma i macchinari sono piuttosto datati, ad esempio la stazione multifunzionale si bloccava di tanto in tanto. Considerando tutto, non ritengo che questa struttura sia da 4 stelle, per me si avvicina di più a un hotel a 3 stelle, e il prezzo è decisamente troppo elevato rispetto ai servizi e la qualità offerti. L’unico vero punto di forza è la posizione perché l’hotel si trova a pochi passi dal mare, dal viale principale e un ulteriore punto a favore è la spiaggia convenzionata, situata a pochi passi, con lettini assegnati nelle prime file.

Anreisen und Parken: Unsere Ankunft war um ca. 8:30 Uhr morgens. Vor dem Hotel war kein einziger Parkplatz frei, und auch alle umliegenden Kurzparkzonen waren komplett belegt. Anstatt eine hilfreiche Lösung zu bieten, wurden wir an der Rezeption nur darüber informiert, dass die nahegelegene Parkgarage sowie der Strand erst ab 10 Uhr nutzbar seien. Das bedeutete: sinnloses Herumfahren in der Gegend, ohne Chance auf einen Parkplatz. Warum wird so etwas nicht schon bei der Buchung mitgeteilt? Für Frühanreisende die den ganzen Anreisetag nutzen möchten enttäuschend. So etwas ist einfach nur schlecht organisiert – und besonders ärgerlich, weil man in der Zwischenzeit nicht einmal zum Strand gehen kann. Parkgarage: Die Erklärung zur Parkgarage glich einem Rätselraten – völlig unverständlich. Wir erhielten zwar einen Lageplan zur Garage, doch dieser war wenig hilfreich. Das Personal sagte uns zusätzlich, dass die Parkplätze beim „zweiten Eingang“ für Hotelgäste reserviert seien. Tatsächlich gibt es aber keinen zweiten Eingang. Was sie wohl meinten, war der zweite Stock der Garage – das wurde jedoch völlig unklar und verwirrend kommuniziert. Gerade nach einer langen Fahrt erwartet man klare Aussagen – das war hier leider nicht der Fall. Mit Gepäck ist der Weg vom „naheliegenden“ Parkplatz zum Hotel einfach nur umständlich und nervig. Freizeiteinrichtung: Der Pool im obersten Stockwerk? Kaum der Rede wert – er wirkte lieblos, kalt und sah regelrecht ekelhaft aus, eher wie ein altes, ungepflegtes Hallenbad. Dank des schönen Wetters zogen wir uns ohnehin nur ins Meer zurück; bei schlechtem Wetter wäre das aber ein echtes Ärgernis gewesen. Frühstück: Beim Frühstück kam es zum negativen Höhepunkt: Die Tische sind offenbar nach Zimmernummern aufgeteilt, was uns jedoch niemand mitgeteilt hatte. Unsere Nummer war nicht zu finden, also setzten wir uns an einen freien Tisch. Daraufhin wurden wir von einer älteren Mitarbeiterin extrem unhöflich, laut und herablassend angefahren – statt höflich auf den Fehler hinzuweisen. Diese Art von Umgang mit Gästen ist absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Nach einer unangenehmen Diskussion durften wir sitzen bleiben. Das Frühstück selbst war durchwachsen – die Wurst roch verdorben und schmeckte dementsprechend. Der Rest war immerhin in Ordnung. Personal: Positiv hervorheben möchten wir allerdings, dass das übrige Personal – abgesehen von dieser einen Mitarbeiterin – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Dieser einzelne Ausrutscher hebt jedoch die gravierenden Mängel nicht auf. Zimmer und Hygiene: Das Zimmer war früh fertig – wenig überraschend, denn wirklich sauber war es nicht. Im Raum hing ein modriger, altbackener Geruch, der alles andere als einladend war. Sauberkeit und Frische? Fehlanzeige. Der Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick bot zwar Aussicht, war aber derart voller Dreck (inklusive totem Vogel!), dass frische Luft ein Wunschtraum blieb. Nettes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Ausgezeichnetes Personal, überall wird man freundlich begrüßt und bedient Ye Gute Halbpension. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Skybar und Pool in der oberen Etage. Das Sonnendeck ist der Hit! Volle Empfehlung!
