It was our 3rd time at this ApartHotel & we would return anytime. This place has everything you need. We have 2 children 7& 9 y.o. & always rented an air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony. It's a 3* hotel with reception, 25m swimming pool, badminton, tennis court, which is good for football too. You can play table tennis, there is a BBQ area & an outdoor gym. Private parking is included in the price. Everything is clean & you get 1 cleaning halfway through your stay. The bar is great & the restaurant as well. Staff are friendly, helpful & nothing is a problem for them. The private beach is awesome only 5min walk away & the beach service is worth all the penny. You are almost 1km away from the crowded touristy beaches! The Bano Aessandra is mainly used by locals & it only gets busy at the weekends, well at least in July 👍 Don't forget to book it together with the accommodation. This was our 3rd summer holiday here and everytime we stayed for 10 days. I can only recommend this ApartHotel, which is 3*, but the services & the cleanliness is definitely 4* You have supermarkets & loads of restaurants within 10min driving. You need a car or a bike as you are not directly situated in the village, but there are frequent buses too. There is so much to see within 1h drive by car that we still have small villages, towns & touristic attractions to see when we return again 😊

Big hotel with 3 stars and I would easily give 4. Clean everywhere, including our room with 3 air conditioners (functional). We had a large terrace and 2 were laid out just for us. 3 pools, 1x for children, 1x for adults and a whirlpool. everything clean and nice. About 400-450m to the sea, but a nice early walk. The beach is cleaned every day and the water is really clean. After the storm in the morning, a little chilly, but otherwise fine. There were few people on the beach. Only on the weekend was there a joke (Italian holiday). Almost no one during the week. Perfect for families with children. Super trips are Mirabilandia, Miniatures, San Marino, Rimini, Aquarium Cattolica, etc. Special thanks at the reception to Miss Debora and her boss for a luxurious meeting, perfect and extremely professional approach. All our wishes were more or less immediately fulfilled and resolved. The second week in September we return for another 10 days.

Abbiamo acquistato il pacchetto residence +biglietti per mirabilandia. Buona la posizione rispetto al parco (15min circa in auto). Appartamento un po' datato,avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, pulizia da migliorare. L'angolo cottura è provvisto del necessario per cucinare i pasti. Fornito di lavatrice e stendino. Parcheggio riservato all 'interno del residence. Ristorante a pochi passi, supermercato eurospin a 5 min di macchina. Presenti distributori automatici per bevande vicino alla reception. Climatizzatore /pompa di calore in ogni stanza. La ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile. Qualità del sonno ottima. Tutto sommato per un fine settimana va bene se non avete grosse pretese!

Esperienza pessima...struttura sporca e mobili vecchi...e dulcis in fundu al momento del check-out ci hanno chiesto 50€ (cinquanta) di sovraprezzo per una notte perche' avevamo una bassottina nana e una pincherina (entrambe a pelo raso, quindi praticamente non perdono pelo, non sporcano perché sono abituate a fare tutto fuori, buonissime)...tra l'altro l'importo non era segnalato né sul sito (dove campeggia un generico "potrebbe essere richiesto un sovraprezzo", che abitualmente nelle strutture di pari livello non abbiamo mai trovato più di 10€) né ci è stato detto alcunché al momento del check-in...e per finire quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni l'atteggiamento del personale è stato arrogante e mto maleducato...assolutamente da evitare!!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile , camera pulita , silenziosa e comoda . Unica pecca nel prezzo non era compresa la colazione . Comunque nell'insieme all'occasione si può tornare . Buon lavoro e grazie .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement fonctionnel. Piscine parc jeux pour les enfants. Barbecue. La proximité de la plage 5mn a pied est un atout. Plein de lieux à visiter Venise san Marino.... seul bémol le jacuzzi a lieu froide ça revigore! Le plus on nous a change les draps et serviettes a mi séjour et le ménage final compris. Vraiment je recommande cet hébergement calme avec place de parking réservée.
