세레누사 리조트(Serenusa Resort)

Ottima struttura. Il personale è molto gentile. Gli animatori sono molto bravi e professionali. Ole'!

Il soggiorno al Serenusa Village è stato fantastico. Il villaggio è sul mare ed è ha ben 3 piscine (una grande centrale, una piccola attaccata con scivoli per i bimbi e un’ altra dove poter fare nuoto). La pulizia delle camere e dei luoghi comuni rende il villaggio molto confortevole. Il mangiare è veramente buono e c è ogni giorno una varia scelta sia se si vuol mangiare carne sia pesce. Il mare si può raggiungere da una scala in legno dal villaggio stesso e gli ombrelloni sono assegnati. Nella spiaggia c è un ristorante che non ho provato perché ho preferito il buffet e c è anche un ristorante “il gusto” che non ho avuto modo di provare. L’animazione è sempre presente, ma con discrezione.. organizzano tante attività e ce n è davvero per tutti i gusti! Ho soggiornato per una settimana con il mio compagno! Ve lo consiglio!

The first question to ask is: "Would I return here?". The answer is yes. There are pros and cons as in everything. Pros: 1) The village is very well kept with a lot of green areas and beautiful flowers 2) The staff team is amazing. They entertain the tourists in everyway possible. They sing, they act, they dance, they take care of your kids etc. Asia especially makes the gym experience very special with her superlative jump fitness classes. 3) The village offers the possibility to leave your kids at the Serenino, which is a kids club where kids older than 3 can enter and be assisted/entertained by the dedicated staff 4) Every evening a show is scheduled at open air theatre. Musicals, commmedy, singing of very good quality. 5) The buffet is good quality. Cons: 1) The sea is not the best. 2) The rooms are fine but not up to a 4 stars structure. 3) The check in procedure is messy and very crowded.

The resort was great. Did not enjoy the meals. Food was mediocre at best.

Good for a week but not longer as the same activities and menus then repeat. Quite good food as long as you don't mind eating in a noisy school-lunch Hall environment. Beach is good but busy, and there are some good activities for kids. Stupid cashless system at the bars that is totally inconvenient, and it is virtually impossible to leave the resort without renting a private taxi. Don't go to licata nearby as it is a total dump.

We are not casual visitors of resort style hotels but this hotel reminds me why is so. 1. Despite the reaction of hotel itself about language expertise I had difficulty to get somene to understand me except reception. I ended up waiting and carefuly lookin at the bar when the one that atleast understands english shows up.. and being ignored several times. i definitely do not recommed visiting when you do not know italian.. It will literaly destroy your experience 2. I bought this reservation with all inclusive package because I didnt want to walk around trying to find best place to eat with my pregnant wife. But waiting 25minutes for 2dc of coca cola here in peaks was far away from insane. not saying about time limitations of they called all inclusive package. When you have to pay for everything after 9pm - 3.2e for 2dc not properly filled beer. Tap water Is not drinkable according instructions and they will not provide bottles of water after you drink the one we found in the room. So basicaly at night you can go 300m for closest bar to have fresh water or fill your own bottle during day which is against rules. We love italian cuisine and we are visiting Italy atleast twice a year but I would say it was below average. 3. Everywhere you can find information about how ECO they are trying to be. Which from my perspective is only when it saves operational expenses, like cheapest toilet paper etc :). When you want to be ecological start with waste separation at least oh my god. Every drink is served in 2dc plastic cup.. because lack of english i was not able to get bigger cup so we as many other guests ended up with requesting multiple counts of drink.. because of insane waiting times Ive seen people taking like 20beverages served in plastic cups. And of then mixed with the rest of the waste. But for sure location is beautiful :)

Nice room with an excellent room service. Cleaned everyday . Food is average but you can always find something good. During lunch, an ice cream is served too. Beach is beautiful. Pools are children friendly with adequate depth. There are several activities like archery, hand gun shooting (hello to Mateo and Daniele), tennis and football courts and several types of boats to hire. We were on Pedalo which was fun. Main evening program is in Italian so if you don't speak Italian you can skip it except for Alice performance which was great. Kids disco is great and our children were loving it. In the sea there are jellyfishes but there were not a single incident during our stay and somehow they are not coming to the area marked by buoys. Overall very good stay.

la struttura è abbastanza bella e ben studiata, anche se nella stanza c'erano diverse cose da sistemare e/o riparare. in generale un po' più di manutenzione sarebbe più che opportuna. L'animazione invece deludente, così come il sistema per prenotare attività extra ecc

Siamo stati per la prima volta in un Villaggio Bluserena. Giunti al Villaggio siamo stati accolti da personale molto cordiale e disponibile, unico neo fila interminabile per il check-in. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella in un contesto di viali pieni di verde ben curato. Il villaggio è ben organizzato anche se e un po’ piccolo per accogliere 1600 persone, infatti nell'area piscina spesso abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare ombrelloni e lettini disponibili. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. La ristorazione nonostante la mole di clienti riesce a far fronte alle richieste con piatti veramente squisiti, (più buoni i primi piatti rispetto ai secondi) anche qui unico neo le file interminabili. La zona bar funziona abbastanza bene, piccolo neo indovinate un po’, file, file, file, ci vorrebbe più personale, 3 barristi non possono gestire migliaia di persone. Il Villaggio è ideale per le famiglie, animazione di alta qualità con Max Miele e Enzo Polidoro superlativi cosi come tutto lo staff, BRAVVVVVV il TOP. I bimbi si sono divertiti e sentirli a casa ripetere il tormentone del villaggio ….OLEEEEEEEE può solo significare che il divertimento è stato una costante per l’intera durata del soggiorno. Lo consiglio!!!
