The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and efficient and helpful. The remote was missing from our room, and I needed a bath chair and he was there with bothe within 5 or 10 minutes. The food is good. Very nice stay.

David the night desk person, was so nice and helpful. The morning desk person was also nice. The lady working the breakfast was very clean, accommodating and friendly. The mattress was comfortable If you can’t say something, good at all However, it was a dirty rag on the shower rod, there was also a brown spec on the shower wall, the cover for the handicap bar was falling off. And the pillows are atrocious. The front desk manager says oh yeah, he knows the pillows are horrible with their renovating. How difficult would it be to simply get rid of the pillows if you know they’re horrible? It doesn’t take a complete renovation to fix that problem. And although the line of my choice member I booked through a third-party so he said there was really nothing they could do for the fact that I spent 15 hours at the facility and got less and four hours sleep

Carpet was dirty even when the manager said they had the cleaned weeks ago sheets were stained bed cover had burn marks and stains door would not shut the Manager knew about the door the TV was broken it was never fixed even when the Manager knew about the TV the Manager seemed like a nice guy but he did give us clean sheets and a new bed cover but everything else was subpar to say the least I had left many msg for the manager to contact me he never did

The place is dirty but the food is good, the main entrance is very pretty but the rooms are not, there is mold in some places and I get scared in the night. The Tv glitches and there is nothing to do in the hotel. The windows aren’t clean so you cant see a nice view outside. But the service is good

1) Staff was excellent When we arrived I was greeted promptly and with respect. Almost as if he was happy to see me. He was kind and attentive. It was refreshing. 2) Our room was nice Desk chair was worn at the head rest The front light cover was cracked The bathroom was nice. Definitely showed signs up an upgrade. The room looked and felt clean 3) The pool was fun. No whirlpool. The temperature was good. And it was clean and kept up well 4) Breakfast The food tasted good. It had good flavored and looked appetizing and appealing. The staff were very accommodating. She even left the door open as it was after breakfast time, until everyone was done eating.

Clearly, this location had been in bad shape. They have made efforts to renovate some and I give them credit for that. But new carpet new paint new tile mixed with nasty wall plates, light switches, and window treatments was unsavory. Expect to work in order to get enough towels and washcloths as my room had none and the front desk had to go searching for these items. Once I did get wash cloths, they will be on the useful life. The pillows in my room should’ve been thrown out during Obama’s last term. Would I stay here again? Yes but I hope that they go further with the renovations and cleaning the property up.
