If you happen to have noisy neighbors blasting music and TV all night, do NOT expect to have this taken care of. Staff will have YOU move to another room at 3 a.m and back to your original room the next morning. Also, I called at 12 pm the next day to request housekeeping (as per their policy), manager said sure, room was never cleaned. Manager just kept saying how it's not his fault which is true, but for less of an inconvenience, I've been compensated (which does make the guest feel validated in the hassle). I was surprised by the lack of customer service manager Nestor has, lack of sincere appology and the negative experience this stay was.
