It was not bad but If you come at night it can be a bit difficult to find the hotel

Sound of running water in the bathroom all night. Bed not comfy .

Excellent budget accommodation in a convenient location not far from the freeway. Particularly if the quotes remain competitive, I will likely book again.

This is one of my favorite destinations for Quebec City.

This was excellent value for the price. One should be aware that it's shared bathroom and shower spaces, but it was clean and quiet, and I was pleasantly surprised with the towels and toiletries that were offered and there was a sink and mirror in the room. Check in/out was easy once I had the right building - better signage for Reception would be helpful.

We stayed for one night in a room with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The room wasn't huge but big enough for what we needed. The staff was friendly and very willing to speak English with those who didn't speak French. There were places to eat nearby and things were easy to find in the building. All in all, our experience was amazing and we would highly recomend this hotel for anyone looking for a small, quiet place to stay!

Checkin was easy and room is as expected for price - only negative is there are no working lights in the parking lots and the “back” lot is especially dark.

Campus is pretty but accommodations are old, dated, very much a university campus. If you simply want a cheap place to rest your head, this is the place to be. I honestly didn’t expect more but I was hopeful it would be nicer. I’ve been to other summer university accommodations and unfurtunatley these are at the lower level.

In general is a great and economic option that worth it's price. Is quiet and at 20-30 min to several turistic place. My only concern was the cleaning of the room, it could be better and also in my floor, the 2nd one, the smell of the common bathroom wasn't the best and was present in the elevator area. My room with private bathroom was fairly clean. The bed confortable, the sheets were clean but several days old, something that was noticeable by the smell, but not so critical. No food included which is ok. Bring your own food and cleaning stuff. In general is a great place to stay a couple of day and save money.

No fridge to store basic essentials. Some vending machines with real food would be nice. (Froken foods, sandwiches, etc.) ----- Private room is very good for the price.

As a dormitory, it was ok, but the beds were uncomfortable. My daughter was a bit uncomfortable as the washrooms and showers were not gendered.

I stayed 3 nights. The property had plenty of free parking and it was easy to get into the city on the 92 and 94 bus routes. There was some hall noise now and then from people talking, but it wasn't too bad. The twin room is tiny, so if I come back, I'll get one of the larger room. Overall, a great value.

the kitchen sink was leaking. the staff came to my room without knocking the door first in the morning around 8:30 to 0900. one bed was ok, another bed was very uncomfortable.
