Fantastic hotel! Great ambience and cleanliness. The carbonara was AMAZING, big compliments to the chef. Best I tasted in Macedonia so far. Housekeeping staffs were warm and friendly. I had limited contact with them but when I had the chance seeing them in the hallways or in the lobby they give you a warm smile. Bartender and waiter needs improvement. A smile and bit of friendliness to your in house guest is a plus especially if your in hospitality. Natalya is a superstar! Big ASSET to the hotel , to the guests as well to her colleagues. She is very well versed, attentive and very accommodating. Five star hotel service I should say. Overall it was a great stay. We will definitely comeback.

My best hotel experience in Macadonia so far. Hosted my family in this hotel when I got married. Everyone was really satisfied with the service. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly. They have a very nice restaurant with a great international menu for all various tastes. The breakfast was also nice! Most impressed me and my family was with the hotel manager Natalja. She speak several languages and is very professional and service minded! I really recommend you to stay a few Nights and see for your self. Value for money!
