We start our holidays in Martinique in court ail hotel. Location next to beach perfect but room and view from balcony look... You have to check before you book what room they will give you and don't expect cleaning every day this is camping in my rating. good luck

We arrived in Martinique at night. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the airport but it was off of the main road. The sign for the hotel was hidden behind a branch and we passed it a couple of times. If you can, book one of the bungalows and not a studio room. We were able to switch rooms the first night as they were the same price. The receptionist was very helpful. The bed was hard and thin, but that was the only bad thing we have to say about the room. The wifi is very slow inside of the room, but decent outside. There are great restaurants right next door to the hotel. Our favorite was right across the street. There is a ferry that will take you into Fort-de-France for 7euro round trip that goes every 15-20 minutes, the last trip is at 1800 so plan accordingly. Over all, it was an excellent location, you wouldnt have to leave the immediate areas if you didn't want to. If you are traveling to Martinique, know French, or go with someone who can translate.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It was terrible. Starting with the positive: the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally 30 second walk from the beach. That's great during the day. It has a good and safe parking space outside for the rental car. The negatives are plenty: The rooms are absolutely tiny and uncomfortable. I took one of the bungalows and it was minuscule. The other rooms are even smaller. The furniture is composed of the bare minimum and is very aged. The rooms are very dark so you have to put your towels and swimming suits outside which makes the whole place look like a shanty town. It is very poorly isolated. You can hear what the neighbours do all the time. In addition, you don't get much air. The whole place is built like a council estate. No air streams in or out. The place is very near a stagnant stream with lots of wild trees. When you first look at it, it seems quaint and then come the horrors: mosquitoes galore. And we are talking about relentless, merciless monsters. That would all be fine if you could live comfortably inside the accommodations but you can't. Best of all, the accommodations don't have windows, they only have poor shutters that have gaps to let the little monsters through. The wifi? What wifi? The hotel offers wifi free of charge but at the best of times, it's like Back to the Future 1989 when you had 56Kb modems. Most of the time it just doesn't work at all. This was like Pitch Black the movie: stifling during the day with an uncomfortable and bare bones accommodation. And at night, the monsters come out and you have to live in the dark covered with repellent spray that doesn't keep the supernatural monsters at bay. After day 4, I booked another hotel and left this horror behind. Didn't even ask for a refund. I was so relieved to leave. I felt bad for the staff though.

Prepaid hotel for two nights through *******. My flights were cancelled from Barbados to Martinique and the hotel charged 100% cancellation for two nights. Don't pre-book this hotel! I now have also have a bad taste for Martinique (no longer have any interest in going there). People don't realize how first impressions are made and the impact it has on tourist destinations.

A noter : l'accueil se fait dans un bâtiment situé à coté de la superette 8 à Huit . A notre arrivée, nous avons demandé un studio vue mer que l'on nous a accordé ... moyennant finance bien sûr. Le bon point : La situation du studio/appart (une chambre en haut + un salon + une petite salle de douche + une terrasse avec frigo et plaque de cuisson, table et chaises) était idéale quant à la vue car situé au 1er étage d'un petit bâtiment et avec une terrasse donnant directement sur la plage . Bon pour une boisson offerte aux clients Genius de Booking . Les points moins bons : la clim n'est installée que dans la chambre du haut donc il fait une chaleur terrible dans le salon et la salle de douche. De plus pas de rideau dans le salon et une fenêtre avec un soleil qui tapait fort ... chaud, chaud ... il faudra impérativement installer une clim en bas !!! Pas de rideaux occultant dans la chambre, du coup, nous étions bien réveillés dès la levée du jour (vers 5H30) Deux restos en dessous de notre appart, dans lesquels par ailleurs nous avons très bien mangé (voir mes avis sur Pignon sur mer et Pignon nouvelle vague) mais les odeurs , les ventilations et le bruit ne nous permettaient pas de profiter de notre terrasse comme on l'aurait voulu. Les points carrément pas bons du tout : la terrasse donnant sur la plage était sale. elle n'avait visiblement pas été nettoyée récemment et un rafraichissement du ménage devrait être fait quant un appartement n'a pas été occupé depuis un moment ... ce qui visiblement était le cas ! Pas de papier toilette non plus ... :( Nous avons fait part de ces remarques à notre départ ... et on nous a expliqué que nous aurions dû aller à la réception ... mais n'étant là que 2 nuits !!?? Pas grandiose donc mais le coin est animé et plein de petits bars et restos sur la plage. A noter aussi : la proximité du ponton sur la plage où on peut prendre la navette pour Fort de France et un club de plongée tout à côté aussi (mais pas testé) . 1664mulhouse.

Ho prenotato il soggiorno dopo aver letto le recensioni in internet, il pagamento della stanza è stato anticipato, non c'è stata possibilità di ripensamento, ed anche sui vari siti dei broker questo era uno dei pochi a richiederlo, mi sono detta che probabilmente era un posto serio e affidabile e quindi via a pagare. Arrivata sul posto ecco la delusione: per prima cosa per accedere c'è un recinto con un codice e già là mi ero chiesta dove ero capitata, poi ok i bungalow, ma queste strutture sono una vicinissima all'altra, e a me questa cosa non è piaciuta molto, inoltre non ce ne sono poche. Intorno al villaggio poi un agglomerato urbano, altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta Mi sono detta che per fortuna non avevo speso 20 euro in più per la camera vista mare, arrivando dalla Guadalupa anche il fatto che sul pontile della spiaggia attraccasse un battello della linea Trois Ilettes-Fort de France è stata un'altra brutta sorpresa. Il wifi non ha funzionato per tutta la durata del soggiorno se non alla reception, co tutti i disagi del caso. Avrei preferito pagare ed avere un buon servizio piuttosto che non averlo gratuitamente. Inoltre la pulizia del bungalow all'arrivo non ci è sembrata delle migliori, forse perchè è lasciata agli ospiti in partenza. Altra cosa da dire è che c'è una cucina, ma non è ben attrezzata e che a differenza di altri posti gli ospiti non possono lasciare quello che avanzano: sale, pepe, olio, te, caffè, e quindi tocca comprare tutto, inutile dire che giusto di fianco al villaggio c'è un supermercato ed il proprietario è lo stesso. Secondo me si può trovare qualcos'altro allo stesso prezzo magari in altre zone più belle, pensando di tornare non soggiornerei ancora qua.
