Between the large beach and the city center, spacious and bright accommodation on the 1st floor of the house, well insulated (no wind grout) and well heated in winter. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom (with bath) and separate toilet.

Opposite the Museum of the Abbey and the Museum Blockhaus Hospital. 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, covered market halls, supermarket, and close to ports, train station, cinema, bowling, doctors and pharmacists.
Playgrounds for young children and teenagers (basketball court) across the street.
2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 extra beds in the living room.
Sheets and towels included.

Bedroom n ° 2: 1 bed in 180 (headboard, 1 armchair, corner shelf and 3 nesting tables in blue rattan). 1 table-office. 1 chair. 1 cupboard (shelves and wardrobe)

Bathroom: Bath. Bathroom sink. 2 ladders and 1 rod for drying towels. Towels are available on a shelf above the door. Washing machine (user manual in blue briefcase)
Garden terrace (on certain dates): in rubber. 1 table and 6 eucalyptus chairs and 6 seat cushions. 1 child's table, 2 stools and 1 plastic chair. 1 wrought iron sofa bed with mattress, 3 cushions and 2 small cushions, 2 large orange and yellow square poufs, 1 umbrella and 2 shade sails.

Routine maintenance: Vacuum cleaner, brooms, bucket, mops and rags. Tea towels and hand towels.
Heating: central by radiators. Condensing gas boiler in the landlord's quarters.

The lessee undertakes to personally take possession of the leased premises according to the terms and conditions and to enjoy them as a good father, as a temporary pleasure residence.
Subletting is prohibited without the express written permission of the lessor.
The lessee takes possession of the premises in a state in conformity with the descriptive state and undertakes to restore them in a similar state.
The lessee responds to the damage and losses that may be noted upon departure, in addition to the depreciation associated with the normal use of the rented premises as well as furniture and objects lining them.
The taker will let execute the urgent works which would impose themselves in the places.
