4-star hotel with excellent value for money, attentive staff, incredible food, and vegan options. The common area is all located at the reception, with games tables, a space for children, and sofas all in the same room, which makes it quite noisy. The wifi is weak, and does not support calls or social networks.

Personnel was extremely caring and really nice to treat with. Worst part was the WIFI. That ruined the experience. I had to work in the evenings but couldn´t because WIFI was not available most of the times. I complaint in reception several times but no solution neither alternatives. Sad experience because of WIFI

Perfect location in Andorra. Very good support with the forfait purchase, the reception helped a lot with them. To highlight the breakfast with lots of options. To remark a bad point probably the heat at the rooms, in February we think that the temperature was so hot.

Very nice Hotel! comfortable clean rooms, perfect location, great atmopshere, perfect choice for visiting Andorra for business trip and also for sightseeing in Andorra! Also the working staff was very kind and help with the informations :)

I didnt like that it took over one hour to check in. I was booked and was already paid. Also no USB ports in roon. I also had to park in the street, car runnig with my 90 year old mother for over 1 hour untill i got a parking space. All this ruined my experiance in Andorra.

The hotel is a little dated and certainly not 4 stars. Breakfast was very good, beds extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Bar also excellent. However, checkin was bizarre. I tried to give my name and the guy wanted to know my nationality and said there were no reservations from my country (which is unsurprising since I do not live there) then he said there was nothing with even an English name! (Not sure what constitutes Englishness) so we went away and parked elsewhere then came back and a different person checked us in with no difficulty. The warning not to use data roaming was very welcome though!

It is nice but at the same time, average. The photos are really nice & so are the common areas - the reception area, common seating area, pool table and games for kids but the rooms are pretty average. The room, as promised, had a window but the view was pathetic, so had to keep the curtains drawn. Restaurant was closed but the location is superb. They take good corona measures & very happy with the installation of hand sanitizers at the elevator doors on each floor. Breakfast buffet gets full marks, absolutely no complaints & totally worth the money

The hotel is in a perfect location in Andorra and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a private parking garage which we needed for our rental car so that is a plus. Our room was spacious and comfortable, however, the hotel is outdated with things like decor and electrical outlets in the rooms (i.e. there aren't too many and none with USB ports). We didn't have a view at all and our room faced an office building so we had to keep the curtains closed, so my tip for another guest would be to ask for a room that faces the same street that the hotel entrance faces. The bathroom was clean and the water got sufficiently hot so that was really nice. I would say that the sleep quality in the hotel was good because it wasn't right on the main shopping street with all the street noise.
