마담 바캉스 레지던스 레 샬레 뒤 베르제(Madame Vacances les Chalets du Berger)

An idyllic stay. I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of during a holiday away. The chalet was of exceptional quality with beautiful views overlooking the mountains. It was a perfect home away from home, with a kitchen with modern appliances, a comfy living area, cosy bedroom, sparkling bathroom, and a spacious balcony for breakfasts with those glistening snowy mountain views. The property was immaculately cleaned and the grounds expertly maintained by the staff team, and they could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The friendly receptionists were happy to assist with tips on local activities, hikes, and interesting sites. The pool and sauna were maintained at a perfect temperature, and these made a welcome retreat after a fresh morning hike. Where else can you swim with mountain views? Have I mentioned the views? The community felt safe and family friendly, with firework displays, restaurants, and quaint markets selling local produce. Overall the warmth of the staff stays with me, and they made a very restful stay a very beautiful one. Thank you.

Very warm welcome, the chalet was very clean and our bed comfortable, the furniture is solid making for a relaxing stay . The situation is perfect with wonderful views of the mountains . It felt a friendly, safe family place. The swimming pool and Sauna are well maintained and i enjoyed many swims on our vacation. There are shops nearby and some great walks in the forest. We stayed in a Premium and so received a welcome pack of wine, cheese etc. which was a lovely touch. All staff were very accommodating, we will definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay in one of the 2 bed chalets of this complex. It was at the peak of summer, weather was very nice despite the region in the valley being super hot. Quite a few trails just outside the complex to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The accommodations are comfortable but basics. There is a supermarket within walking distance and some local shops and a Pizzeria on site. But you need to check opening times carefully. Worth to mention you have to take inventory of every single thing in the house upon check in (like how many cutleries, pots, pans, a sheet is provided at reception). You can choose to clean yourself upon check out or pay for it. It is a pet friendly establishment, dogs can stay (with a fee per day/week). Tv and wifi also come at extra fee.

This place is ideal for a bit of luxury (swimming pool, sauna, games room) surrounded by beautiful mountains. You have your own apartment with kitchen/living area, bedroom, balcony and bathroom. You can also visit the nearby restaurants if you wish. The staff were great, Ingrid was lovely and some some kind soul handed in my lost purse so I was so grateful! Thank you staff! We hope to return one day. ☺️

Close to the ski slopes. The chalet is large by European standards. Cleanliness could be improved.

Really poor equipment. Many broken stuff. Bad beds. Cleanliness not great. Welcome not so good (not even a map to find the chalet) snow not shoveled (great with lugages and kids at night). After that better, the team is nice but the property not in a good state

a notre arrivée nous avons constaté que le ménage n'avait pas été fait, le lave-vaisselle en mauvais état, la plaque de cuisson très sale et mauvais fonctionnement, pareil pour le détecteur de fumées (obligatoire) 1 grande casserole et une poêle pour 5 personnes, 1petite cuillère et 3 cuillères a moka, accès du micro-ondes trop haut, le pot de cafetière pas a la bonne mesure, le verni de la table bien fatigué. Par contre le personnel accueillant et très sympa. Déçu de cette location je ne reviendrais pas.

Pas très grand pour un 8 personnes Sale a notre arrivée pas de four, lave vaisselle abimé, un chauffage HS , évier boucher Le service réparation très rapide en revanche Banquette du salon pour 3 personnes alors que nous avions un chalet 8 personnes. Piscine pas pratique très peu de vestiaire et petite Par contre très proches des pistes esf restaurant bar ... Service boulangerie à la porte Malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de neige la station feclaz était fermée Nous avons tout de même passer de bonnes vacances, les habitants sont accueillants.

Mal équipée (dans la cuisine peu de casseroles/ poêles, toutes rayées, pas assez de tasses/ bols/ assiettes etc, matelas fins et peu confortables), mal isolée (on entendait les voisins comme s'ils habitaient dans le même appart). Par contre très proche des pistes. Piscine très froide et pas assez de vestiaires pour tout le monde.
