I stayed at Lena’s for one night before traveling elsewhere in the French Alps for More Skiing ⛷️🎿🏂. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The accommodations are very cute and comfortable. The staff is absolutely the best. Everyone is so nice and helpful speaking multiple languages. The bar and the snacks were also very good, the proximity to the ski lift is very short, only a three minute walk. It also may seem small, but the fresh squeezed orange juice at the breakfast was really lovely and delicious.

Very average hotel, too expensive for what you get. The rooms/decor are quite dated, there’s not much surrounding the hotel (one supermarket, 1-2 cafes). The staff weren’t very helpful, and wouldn’t let us eat any of our own food in any of the common areas (terrace, lobby) - what a ridiculous policy! Stay elsewhere if you’re able to.

Wonderful hotel with very accommodating staff. Nice a**osphere and real vegan options for those who require it. The vegan meals are prepared separately. The manager, Francois is a gentleman who goes above and beyond with extraordinary patience and deep knowledge of the area and the **B.

The facilities at this hotel are generally quite nice, it has a pleasant lounge area, a nice patio area and attentive staff at the bar. The half board dinner was a big disappoin**ent though, on a couple of fronts. We were early to the restaurant, amongst the first to be seated and a large party were seated just behind us soon after. They were very noisy and the restaurant was still largely empty so we asked if we could move to another table. This was declined on the basis that they were fully booked. I tried to point out that we were't trying to take a larger table, just one further from the large party behind us, and that some of those other table bookings would overlap less with the large party. That just got the same refusal response. By the time we left, those other tables were still empty, which suggests the restaurant staff were being unnecessarily inflexible, perhaps just couldn't be bothered. The food itself was well presented (for the most part) but we all found it bland. Perhaps they try harder for you if they haven't already got your money!

Rooms were clean and beds were adequate. Perhaps because they were overwhelmed by **B tour groups, staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Dinner was meagre in quantity, and my entire entree was covered with a sweet "candy" sauce that might have tasted ok over ice cream. I would not return here.

Wonderful hotel in the mountains. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Great pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

An absolutely superb hotel in every way. My husband and I had a rare long w/end away without our children, which was made blissfully relaxed and fun. We felt thoroughly spoilt with the wonderfully friendly welcoming staff, luxury spa and delicious breakfasts and dinners. Francoise, the owner, generously shared excellent knowledge of potential ski touring and mountain biking routes. This valuable local knowledge, including where the best snow was, massively added loads to our trip.

my adult son & I stayed here for 3 nights with SkiWeekender. the hotel is extremely well located for the ski lift. it is very comfortable & clean,. well equipped. fantastic food both at breakfast & dinner. very friendly, efficient staff. really nice, family feel to it. we would definitely recommend and go again. we didn't explore the village as we were there such a short time but, clearly, it's not for those wanting an active night life. perfect for those that don't!! beautiful area. would be lovely any time of year

I am a 19 years old student who stayed next to this hotel for a week with some friends. We just wanted to have a drink while working on our business. For that, we needed wifi, which is why we went to this beautiful place. Unfortunately, for some reason, the next day when we returned there, the hostess told us that it was impossible to have a drink today since a group would occupy the living room all day. So we left without asking too many questions. The same evening, still needing to work, we went back there to see if there was a little room. To our surprise, no group was there and the living room was practically empty. So we asked if it was possible to have a drink and the manager refused us access and confessed that supposedly "You come for the wifi and the wifi is overloaded so we give priority to network access for customers of the hotel ". Given that we consumed, I find it really shameful for a 3-star hotel to lie and to turn down 3 young people who weren't hurting anyone but who were just looking for a drink while working a little bit.
