Hello! There is not enough air in the room, you wake up with a headache in the morning. If you open the door to the terrace, the smells of local animals hit your nose and insects fly in. Ants and spiders are your neighbors. The bathroom never gets dry. No hooks to hang clothes or wet towels. The chair does not slide under the table, it just gets in the way and serves as a shelf for wet coats. The food is not tasty at all, but the portions are large. I had indigestion throughout my stay. The location and nature are magnificent. The children's center is a great place.

I went for a week to myself, to work as well as rest. It was the perfect combination: serene, relaxing, and with all the amenities to set up a little hotel room office. The staff was super kind and helpful, all areas were clean, walking out of your room and onto a serene landscape was like magic, and the food was of high quality. 10/10 - definitely don't need to consider staying anywhere else when in Lori.

This was the most unexpected hotel experience. Perfect combination of quality, comfort and service. Everybody was happy to help with special requests to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast was impressive with a wide selection of delicious and fresh food. Pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Highly recommend this place. It's is definitely worth visiting.

Love the Food and Beverages sector. The manager Vardan did an amazing job by professionally coordinating the restaurant activities. The rooms are clean, the view is amazing. What was missing but was promised to improve is the recreational activities. Will come here again definitely.

We stayed here for a few nights while traveling round Armenia. The conference center and the hotel were very modern and so unique. This is a convenient location to many local spots. The scenery is stunning and the food was great.

We have been celebrating New Year 2022 here in Concept Hotel and really enjoyed our time. The place is situated near Debet village, in Lori, Armenia. The views are incredible, the hotel is built and decorated in a unique style. The food is delicious, and the staff is pleasant, kind. We hope to come back here soon, with friends or family!

Great project that gets my support. Location is fabulous; staff is very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a door between bedroom and bathroom (and not just a curtain) aldo the food that wasserved was not in line with the pictures on their website.

Amazing place to stay out in the beauty of the Armenian countryside. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast spread and the eggs, omelettes, and sausages that could be ordered with breakfast (all included in the hotel stay!). The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They were even able to arrange a birthday gift basket surprise for my wife, made up of local products and snacks. The views were breathtaking with plenty of options nearby for hikes and visits to ancient monasteries. We can't wait to come back!
