第二次入住了，有送歡迎水果，酒店早餐要是能夠換一換就更完美了。前台美女和帥哥都非常好，因為趕時間去機場，幫我提前預訂了出租車。對於如何乘坐公共交通也告訴的很詳細。

Very good hotel. Big rooms, large common hall with a huge fireplace. Very helpful, welcoming and friendly staff, trying to make staying as most comfortable as possible. Several not minuses, but inconveniences: little bit too far from a ski lift to walk on ski boots, but bus station is almost in front of a hotel; restaurant menu as well as room service and wine list are very short, but bar menu is a quiet good. Great SPA, unfortunately outside pool is closed for a winter season. And last, but not least are comfortable prices compared to other local five stars.

We are a regular visitor to Crans Montana . We have loved staying at Hotel L'etrier any time the occasion has permitted. Our family also have stayed at Hotel L'Etrier several times. W have found the Hotel extremely family friendly and most welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and their suites are just beautiful . My husband and I stayed there last week and had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay there. We find that the Hotel has every comfort and facility available for us to enjoy our time. The barman was always around should you need to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea or coffee etc. sitting in the bar area's comfortable sofas with magnificent view of the mountains. There is a nice heated Swimming pool and Sauna . We have found the staff friendly and helpful. Being mostly local, means that they are full of local knowledge of the area in case you will need assistance in exploring the wider area. For our very private meal there is a warm wooden Chalet located by the poolside which we could reserve for a meal for 6 (maximum 8 I believe) for lovely Grills, or a fondue Chinoise or Cheese fondue etc. This we have found in the past to be a unique experience for an evening dinner en-famille. We shall go back there again any time . A great thank you to all at Hotel L' Etrier who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

I read the very few 2022 reviews that seem overwhelmingly positive. The hotel claims to be a 4 star which it is definitely not. Except for the room rate. Pros: - nice staff trying to compensate for the modest hotel offering - wonderful view on the Alps (although many hotels in Crans-Montana offer the same view) Cons: - location: on the main road to Crans so noisy car traffic if your room is facing North - room: if not renovated, the room is as it was when the hotel was first built (40-50 years ago?) so keep your expectations low - ridiculously poor breakfast - no shuttle to ski slopes (15 min away on foot) - cold swimming pool (understood if lower energy consumption is at play but let the customer know at booking at least) - poorly equipped gym with no ventilation

Bel hôtel rustique mais charmant. Le personnel est très serviable et à l’écoute. Nous avons été surclassé dans une belle chambre très moderne avec vue sur les alpes. Nous avons été mangé une fondue au restaurant, mais étions plutôt déçus car même après avoir mangé la fondue nous avions encore faim tellement les portions n’étaient pas suffisantes.. (ce qui ne devrait pas arriver après une fondue). Le fondant au chocolat était délicieux. Nous étions placés juste à côté du mur donc avions un courant d’air en mangeant, ça n’était pas très agréable. La piscine est superbe, avec sauna et hammam. Gros bémol, la piscine à l’intérieur n’est pas chauffée (sûrement dû au fait qu’elle fait également piscine extérieur) et donc il est impossible de s’y baigner.. On y reste 5min pas plus. Très dommage pour le bel endroit que c’est. Nous avons eu très froid la nuit car le chauffage n’était pas allumé, nous l’avons donc allumé et ensuite nous avions beaucoup trop chaud. Pas d’eau mise à disposition en chambre, nous avons dû la demander à la réception.
