Slow check out and inform us that one of the small is missing, but we actually only find one when we check in

“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “
When checkin ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy available .
While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended .
Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest
Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes .
Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge .
Conclusion :
Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low .

Menginap selama 2 malam bersama keluarga sebanyak 12 orang dng pesanan 6 kamar.hotel yg sangat megah, bersih pelayanan yg bagus tp ada bbrp masukan unk fasititas nya: hotel yg meng klaim bintang 5 tp msh ada bbrp yg blum sprt bintang 5 yaitu sikat gigi yg sprt hotel kelas bintang 3, pintu kamar mandi yg sulit unk di dorong buka tutup dan sarapan yg sangat sangat minim dan jauh dari rasa enak, semoga kedepan nya lebih bisa memperbaiki diri.
