While the amenities and aesthetics of this resort look inviting, the customer experience is extremely poor.
Upon checking into our room, we found that it hadn’t even been made with the previous occupant’s sheets, towel and rubbish still everywhere.
On our last day, housekeeping rang the doorbell and came in at 9.50am without us opening the door for them, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on. This was a gross invasion of privacy and disturbing to know that they are just walking into rooms uninvited. They wanted to begin turning over the room even though we had not checked out, and still had until 11am to do so.
Not one apology or acknowledgment from anyone on front desk for these incidents. Definitely an instagram vs. reality resort, with money better spent elsewhere.
