too old and expensive. not really recommend to this hotel...

Nice and clean hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a decent size as well.

The location is convenient to go to the town centre, it is around 15-20minutes by walking. The breakfast is really good and delicious. The receptionist is very friendly and polite and the staff member at the restaurant is very nice. It is a decent size of room but it is not very clean, we found rubbish on the floor and in the bathroom. Overall, I am quite happy with my stay so I will stay again if I go to Leeds again.

Brief over night stay to attend a local event. Staff were excellent, resulting in a great customer experience

Great spot for our trip to see Apollo Junction at Kirkstall brewery, lovely restaurant dead opposite, on site parking ( fee payable)

The location is not actually in the city centre it is a 10 minute walk in. Quite noisy in the night. Small double bed. Standard Holiday Inn clean and simple.

The location is good! Close to the train station. The room is clean and the breakfast is great.

I enjoyed my stay and I will recommend it to friends and family.

My room was facing the main road with ambulances passing by. A request to management and another quieter room was promptly given. Walking distance to the University and a mosque was nearby too, handy during the Ramadhan fasting month. Great reception. All in all, highly recommended!

Close to the city centre, easy walk from the train station. Good service and comfortable sleep.

The room was clean and close to the city centre

The hotel is quite close to the centre and bus stop, I accidentally found a great restaurant just opposite to the hotel. I didn’t really use the amenities of the hotel except the breakfast. The room is clean and tidy with a large window which I like so much. The house keeping time is quite early but they usually ask if you need or when do you need if you are still in room. After all, the hotel is great for its price.

Nice hotel. Good for the price. Decent breakfast, but more vegetables should be included.
