메이플 트리 인(Maple Tree Inn)

This property has had recent improvements. There was no vacancy while we were there. We were called by the property manager before check in to make sure we were coming and our arrival time. They asked us to delay our arrival so that our rooms would be ready, which was no problem. Check in was swift. The rooms were comfortable. I was surprised when I entered the bathroom and the tub was so stained that I thought they had sprayed it and forgot to clean it. It looked as if someone dyed their hair in it and didn't wash it out. The housekeeper had left things from the previous guest on the TV stand. I think this could be a really nice stay with just a little more TLC. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. There is no elevator-so if your luggage is heavy it might be a task to get it upstairs. It is easy to find and close to a nice truck stop style restaurant.

Very warm welcome from Paula and Annette and I would be very happy to recommend people to stay here. What is nice is that the motel is not a big chain and they have worked very hard to upgrade the motel to a good standard. I was travelling by bicycle and the ladies could not have been more helpful. Paula at check-in was excellent! Room was recently remodeled, and was very nice. bed was super comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. Air conditioner worked great. Hot water was super hot black out. Curtains were nice motel close to the freeway but did not hear any traffic would definitely stay again.

Management was very accommodating, even offered me a bowl of chicken and dumplings which was wonderful. No dislikes would definitely stay there again.

Our bath tub was disgusting we couldn’t even shower. We had a double bed room but ended up only sleeping on one bed due to something being on the sheets of the other one. You’re right off the highway so if your a light sleeper enjoy hearing the sirens if there are any.

This motel was very very clean, safe, friendly staff. The only problem i had was getting a response from the motel phone numbers. There would be no answer. However, i highly recommend this motel. I dont know when i had such a comfy bed and such cleanliness. I liked the people too. It was very convenient to the Ke neth Cowan Civic Center.

I might have liked the place, ******* over booked them so i had no hotel room for our party of 8 for my only sons 18th birthday weekend. We were sent to another place gareenteed rooms and wwhen we got there no rooms and ******* couldnt help and the operator didnt speak clear english and was very very hard to to understand. I found a hotel over 40 miles away from our float trip very thankful for that but Expidea will never get my business or any of my familys business ever again.

The ladies that work there are all Gems, even offered to carry bags to our room, you don't even get that at Hilton hotels anymore.

I've been coming here for three years . every time i come its better an nicer. they are very helpful an do what they can to give us a good experience. see y'all next year....
