The person on reception Lorenzo was extremely rude to us, allowing other people to be served despite us being next in the queue. For the second time we queued fter picking a pitch, when we finally got served by Lorenzo his attitude was appalling, he told us that although we had selected a pitch we now had to go inside and 'why were we queuing outside again'. We advised him that we were told to! We queued for the third time inside and finally got served only to be told that we had to queue outside again. It was absolutely joke! After 1 hour of this, things became even worse. We drove onto our pitch but due to the way the person opposite had parked we couldn't get on the pitch! We then proceeded to another pitch, and eventually parked. We called reception at this time, and gave them the old pitch and new pitch number. We were told if the pitch is free, that perfectly fine but to come to reception and switch over pitches. We started to set up, just as we had finished we were informed that someone else had booked this pitch! Obviously, after 2.5 hours after arriving on site, we were not best happy. It was starting to get dark, and we were told by reception that everything was fine! Unbelievably, we were asked to vacate our pitch, some 3 hours after arriving and now in darkness, we finally had a pitch. It is absolutely disgusting from start to finish! We are here for 3 days let's hope things improve. Let's see!
