To keep the costs low we do not charge a larger rate for only 2-4 guests. $15 per additional guests is 40% lower than the average cabin rental. Our cabin is comparable to a $350 a night cabin in the Smoky Mountains. Also our cleaning fee of $49 is significantly lower to the average $300 cleaning fee in Pigeon Forge cabins. 10% discount for 7 day, weekly rentals. What you need to bring: Your own food, shampoos and soap. Food. Bring your own firewood for firewood pit. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid for charcoal grill. ATV Riding - Eastern Kentucky is famous for back country ATV riding including the famous Hatfield & McCoy trails. This cabin is about an hour from a Trail Head of Hatfield & McCoy. Horseback Riding at BlackHorse Farm in Rush, KY We look forward to sharing our personal retreat cabin with you and your friends and family. There are coon dogs at a neighbors house over the mountain. They can bark for an extended period. You can't hear them inside however if you are on the porch, you will hear them. For most of our guests they aren't noticable but for a few, they can be annoying. Also you can park a boat or trailer up to 24 feet. 40 foot will be to long to get up the road to the cabin. Book with confidence.
